Great help Viktoria !
I had an issue accessing my Planet account. Fortunately, I was able to contact customer support, and in particular, I was very lucky to be assisted by Viktoria.
Unfortunately, the password recovery system was not very functional, and after several unsuccessful attempts I was unable to access my account. Despite this, Viktoria helped me with great professionalism, guiding me step by step through the password recovery process until the issue was completely resolved and I was able to successfully access my account again.
I would like to sincerely thank her for the support I received. She was also extremely patient and helpful, especially considering that I do not speak English very well, yet she still managed to explain everything clearly and fully understand my needs.
I hope she will be able to help many other people with the same level of quality, competence, and kindness that she showed me. Excellent service!
