This could be a great opportunity to learn new technics before trying again an "Advanced"project.
Fast delivery, good quality but the colour was off
Fast delivery. The cotton is a lovely colour. The 3 star review is because the colour is called 'deep blue' and looks blue in the picture but is a teal colour, really quite green. It's a beautiful colour and I like it but it was misrepresented.

I tried to get the download link to a free pattern. Even after multiple attempts the link was not sent to my email (I did check my junkmail folder just to make sure). Even attempting to conact to find out why has ended, so far, with no real response.

I've been trying to return a $250 terrible mystery box. Their system can't find my order despite the order no and tracking ID being correct. I get canned emails and no help. This is the last time I ever order from them.

I still have not received my order after two weeks, and there is no updated tracking information. I have asked to cancel my order and have not heard back.
