Think carefully before insuring your phone with this company.
I had a samsung 23 ultra insured by this company. After doing a claim and getting the phone back, I traded it in to samsung after a few days they contacted me to let me know they didn't use genuine samsung parts for a screen replacement. This ment I had to fork out another, £150 to samsung for my trade in. I contacted warranty and creditors services the lady on the phone just kept talking over me saying they use genuine parts. Total lies. Avoid this one.

Spoke to an administrator- Michelle, she was extremely helpful and efficient. The claim was dealt with successfully and extremely expediently. Michelle’s warm and friendly manner and advice meant that we were confident in the steps we needed to take and were able to order a replacement device direct from the Apple Store. Very happy with the resolution and would highly recommend.
