I’ve had a really positive experience…
I’ve had a really positive experience with my credit union. The staff are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns. Everything is explained clearly, which makes managing my finances feel much less stressful.
I especially appreciate the personal touch—you’re not treated like just another number, and they really seem to care about their members. Their services are reliable, and I’ve found their rates and options to be fair.
Overall, I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive place to manage their money.

Been a valued customer until recently, no issues at all previously, whether it’s a change of management or something else but not very helpful at all, being a long term customer clearly means nothing

Worse than High street banks
After experiencing financial difficulties, I turned to the West Cheshire credit union in desperation. I have received nothing but aggression and lack of empathy, the worst company I've ever interacted with.
