Missing 3 of 5 items from order

Placed an order for 5 items only received 2, the order was placed 10 days ago and web site says all items were delivered. 2 of the missing items were delivered at exactly 12:00 am, midnight, on separate deliveries which seems odd. Was told once the item is on the truck and out for delivery the driver has 3 days to deliver.

Jessie the driver for the Killington…

Jessie the driver for the Killington Grand Hotel route in Vermont. He goes above and beyond every time he delivers to the laundry department by stacking the heavy pails of detergents etc. He deserves a big raise.

WB Mason falsely advertised item quantity/price

WB Mason falsely advertised Rubbermaid® Commercial Hygen 18" Disposable Microfiber Pad, 150 Count (3-50 Packs), Blue for $30.99 - however they only shipped me 1/3 of the advertised item 1 pack of 50 despite that the website clearly shows the quantity for the price as 150. Spent more than 20 minutes on the line with customer service who insisted it's my error despite what is clearly advertised on their website. They need to correct what is wrongly advertised on their website, they should have honored the price/quantity as shown. I will never again order from this company, they do not stand behind their website!

Worst experience ever.

great company if you are in certain areas. next day.... fat chance. 1-3 if you're in a 100 mile radius of a certain area. Columbia.... might as well order somewhere else. Florida.... if they can keep driver's you'll get your things. California.... forget about it. I never heard of this company before this and I will forget them just as fast. Would never recommend them to anyone let alone my worst enemy. I hope they try to come after me for this one but they will just delete it like they do everything else. I have worked with some shady companies in the last 20 years but this one takes the cake. NOT CUSTOMER oriented...... pass it on to the next person oriented. And if you have an illiness or mental health DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY! They come first before anything else! I wish the best for the fake Amazon.... You'll never get there with the way things are now

Poor service

The company placed an incorrect invoice on my account on 11/09/2022. I have called and emailed the company repeatedly, and the organization has failed to fix the issue. The product quality I received from this organization did not meet my expectations.

They where sending the bill to the…

They where sending the bill to the wrong place. Put us into collections and had a company threaten to put us in jail. I lost 2 of our workers over this. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY ARE OVER PRICED AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFULL.

item never arrived

I ordered four bags of packing peanuts. It said they would arrive in 1-3 days (they have their own shipping that has no tracking). After a week I gave up waiting, bought them elsewhere and asked for a refund. It took some back and forth to get a refund but they did issue it.

poor business practices, poor customer service

items that contain two parts were ordered by the company I work for. only one part was delivered and the driver stated that the other part was not on the truck. not only did he show any concern for this, he did not care, would not inquire with his company and demonstrated that "not my job" attitude.

Ordered covid tests marked up…

Ordered covid tests marked up significantly because they said they'd be here by 7 January. The tracking number didn't register. It's coming from Boston and was supposedly mailed on 3 January. It's 8 January and it finally shows a delivery date of 10 January, which is the same date the regular priced one I ordered will be here. Contacted them and they are out of office until Monday. Raising the prices under fall pretenses to capitalize off of a pandemic. Shameful.

I ordered a chair to come to be…

I ordered a chair to come to be delivered at my house and they did. It was to small so had to return. It has been over 3 weeks and I'm still chasing down my refund. I have called customer service who promises to fix it they don't. I talked to the cs manager who said oh ya i see a credit it will be in your bank in 2 days , it wasn't. So I'm still waiting, my next step will be to drive there and demand my money!

Worst customer service experience EVER

Worst customer service experience EVER. My order (that was supposed to arrive the day after I ordered it) DID NOT ARRIVE. Called customer service and my representative. Got the run-around and excuses. Field rep (Conor Regin) called the next day and told me to GO TO STAPLES and get what I need, because my stuff wasn't going to arrive for at least 3 more days; told me the information on the website about availability could not be relied on; when I asked who was above him to talk to to solve this problem he laughed and said "My boss". (Real funny, Conor). I need my order delivered as represented or else I cannot do business. He offered to give me his boss's phone number - but he's on vacation. And according to Conor, there is no one else in all of WB Mason who can take a complaint about him. I assured Conor someone would hear about how he's talking to - and he said "And they'll hear about how you are talking to me! I'll treat you with respect when you treat me with repect." I called the customer service number, and talked to several people who at least attempted to solve the problem without telling me to go to Staples, or laugh at me. At least not to my face. The person assured me she would contact Conor Regin's superior in the Cleveland office, and someone would contact me. Never happened. She gave me her phone number and email, and I contacted her after 3 hours, no response, and again after 4 hours. I cannot do my job without the items I ordered. NO RESPONSE AT ALL.

Yeah, so now I have to close up my business for the day and run around town to try to find the supplies that were supposed to be delivered yesterday and won't show up for at least another 3 days. And WB Mason representatives think it's funny.

AMAZING deliever driver!

We have ordered from W. B Mason monthly for the past several years. The last year or so we have had an awesome driver named Jonathan. He is such a caring upbeat guy with exceptional customer service skills . Not only do we get everything on time but this driver brings an amazing attitude into our office. I would highly recommend keeping this driver for a very long time! Our office and staff love the highly personable side to this driver. We cross paths with many different delivery guys but no one compares to this one! Way to go W.B Mason for finding this guy!

Overpriced and bad policies

I ordered toner which was overpriced, but nobody else had it in stock. It shipped later than it was supposed to which was annoying. They refused my coupon since it excluded almost everything! I wanted to return this since I had to get my fliers printed locally. To return the product box needs to be perfect. Well they shipped it by slapping a label on the product box so now it has a label and marks so they won't take t back. I guess thats why they ship like that so you can't return. Will never use them again.

Their billing department is really…

Their billing department is really awful. They double bill for items received and continue to send past due statements. I’ve been on hold with this company for 20 minutes attempting to straighten this out. They apparently get a plethora of calls for the accounts receivable department. I can understand since my account has been messed up since March 2020.

Very Disorganized Company

Order a product 2 weeks ago. Have called 3 times and haven't received any indication of shipping info. All 3 reps that I talked with couldn't find the shipping info in their system (could find my order, but not shipping detail). All tried to contact the warehouse but couldn't get anyone. All 3 said they would call me back. Still waiting... I would avoid this company. They seem very disorganized without the proper systems in place to manage orders and keep customers happy. This was my first order with the company and I will not be returning after this experience.

Deceptive practices & zero communication

STAY AWAY!!! Ordered a $60 case of Purell hand sanitizer back in March when the pandemic began. Didn't hear anything for several weeks so emailed them to cancel the order if it wasn't going to be delivered soon. No response. Fast forward five months later, and I receive—and get billed for—a case of hand sanitizer I no longer want or need. And it's not even Purell! Both emailed and called them to return it, and again no response. What a scam; very unethical.
