As a new customer of WAYV, I can't fault the initial experience, from meeting with Hollie to explain our options and the installation and after care with Ben.

We have had no issues so far!

Sean Hopper and the whole Wayv team have been brilliant, nothing has been too much trouble and all works have been completed timely and with a smile.

Sean has been very patient with us whilst showing us how to get the best from the Wayv service. Highly recommend the Wayv team.

Having contacted Wavy on a few occasions I can not fault them, Each time our query as been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Recently switched over to Wayv and very impressed with the quality and speed of service so far! No pushy sales pitch, just an honest and clear proposal of costs from Hollie, and a seamless switch overseen by Ben and Sean (and with input from Ryan at Wayv HQ too!)

We have recently switched to Wayv having been with BT for a very long time and so pleased we did! From our initial face to face meeting with Hollie through to installation and training with Ben we've been so pleased with the whole process. The package costs were clear and transparent, the installation was professionally done with no interruption to our service and as promised and zero downtime to our Broadband service on switchover day :) The equipment has given us greater communication functionality and improved our customer service experience. But for me, one of the best aspects of this change to Wayv has been dealing with real people who provide brilliant technical support and training and are there when you need them. Make the change....you won't be disappointed!

The Customer Service I've received from both Ben and Sean has been excellent. They have actioned any requests or issues in a very timely manner and have provided an excellent service.

The customer service is second to none from installation to after sales care. The switch to Wayv was smooth and stress free and the quality of the calls that we receive via Wayv is excellent. The only slight improvement could be the telephone directory in the portal which is a little clunky. However that is purely a niggle and I cannot recommend Wayve and the team highly enough.

We have been with Wayv for almost 2 years. Ben Maton is our 'go to' for most things. What can I say. Anytime we need anything he is always there and totally approachable. No waiting, just a dedicated support network. Would totally recommend.

Just switched over to Wavy from another provider and are now up and running smoothly. Sean was brilliant in both the installation process and the training. He didn't leave any stone unturned and we are all more than happy with the system and the service he provided.

I would like to leave a review for Ben Maton - wow what a star!! He has responded to my queries immediately, offered his expertise to a level that I understand ( as a technophobe) without making me daft. He has had to put up with me re-arranging times for calls and even offered support for me whilst I am 'on-call' over the weekend. His support has been professional, friendly and approachable but most of all ALWAYS resolves the issue! Thank you Ben what a difference to the last service we were using!!!!!

Ben and his team are absolutely the best nothing is too much trouble they come when they say they are coming the online support is quick easy and efficient to use.
We have recently relocated and opened 2 new offices and they have worked weekends nights and moved us with no hassle and interruption to our services it has been stress free and easy, we could not recommend them enough

Transferred to Wayv from another provider, Sean the installation guy was very polite and helpful, the whole transfer was no hassle with no downtime what so ever. Very easy and great system to understand. we would recommend to any business.

We have been with Wayv for several years now. Not only was their installation and set up process really smooth with almost no downtime but they provide fantastic ongoing support - requests are actioned really fast and they always understand what we need. Just excellent at what they do.

Had Sean onsite for 2 days, made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, top man. i would recommend Wayv to anyone based on this experience.

Went live with both broadband and VOIP phone system mid pandemic. The team at Wayv are really friendly, helpful and have been quick to respond to any queries we have had as we get used to the new phone system.
