The process from first point of contact to getting it installed to using the system was seamless. All our requirements were met and the system suits our wholesaling business perfectly. The service that is provided is great and all for a price that we love!

From agreeing over the phone to installation was only a few days. The switch was seamless with no downtime either with our phone system or the subsequent switch with the broadband.

We switched from a provider that was not providing us with service. We were promised that Utelecom as they were known at that time, would settle any outstanding contract charges, which they did.
They negotiated and switched us across to fibre and handled everything during the switch over.
We had no downtime during the install, and they provided on the job training.
Since this system has been in operation we have had only minor problems which were resolved speedily - usually a problem with openreach.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to others.

Ben and his team were amazing with the installation of our new telephone system, they talked us through all the procedures in respect of our old phone system and changing over to the new one. They provided the best deal for our firm and we would recommend them to anyone. They did a full 2 day installation with no disruption to our business, we were still able to operate as normal.
