Good product terrible delivery service

The product is very good and from what I can see the quality and build are good.
However late being delivered and to the wrong address, so missed the event that they were needed.
Unfortunately by using Evri the rating is less than it would have been if delivered on time and to the correct address.

Easy to use website - delivery split not received half

The range is great, the price too, however only half of the order has arrived and apart from chasing no communication has been made as to when I will get the other half of the order.

I found an ideal piece of furniture for my bedroom (it had to be a specific size). It's great to be able to choose from so many styles, sizes and prices. I will definitely use Wayfair in the future.

Easy site to navigate

Made several purchases and the site was easy to navigate and descriptions spot on. However when reaching the payment section I was not given an expected discount!

Thank you for replying to my experience on the 4th July . I did rather think that after spending close to £500 that I would have been offered some sort of gratuity for doing so even several days after purchasing these goods. I look forward for your reply.

We ordered 1 x bed settee for a man who…

We ordered 1 x bed settee for a man who is severely disabled and vulnerable. He had just moved into a 1 bed bungalow with no furniture. The delivery was surpose to be on 4th July. However for some unknown reason only 1/2 a sofa was delivered . We paid for 2 people to put it together which they could not do. No prior warning that this would be delivered in peices on separate days as we would NEVER of purchased from wayfair . So at extra expense to us ( due to paying 2 people on 2 separate occasions now) this experience was horrendous.
Especially after raising a concern Wayfair all of a sudden changed delivery from delivered to " partial deliver" disgusting not even an apology. Never again .. To add insult to injury the metal parts are bent outta shape with bits missing ... wow just wow

Comfy dining with this order!

Both the tweedy chair pads and the William Morris type boulster cushions look good and are a comfortable asset to my dining chairs,they arrived swiftly and were well packed.

Wayfair as a company is very good however..

Wayfair as a company is very good. I have purchased many items from them and always been pleased. However the return procedure needs serious attention which is also down to the carrier companies. I was once again extremely frustrated when returning an item last week. I had to try 3 different drop off points . All described as printing label. They couldn’t !!
