I find the ordering very easy and the product I ordered came on time and as described. Unfortunately the second item I ordered was accepted but 24 hrs later was cancelled as unable to supply, it would be good to make sure what you offer is available. On the whole I would choose Wayfair over any other suppliers.

AC works fine though haven’t really…
AC works fine though haven’t really tested since i got it after the heatwave. In terms of delivery, AC was bought on the premises tht it will be delivered on Friday but it got delayed till Monday. And they left such a heavy item at the ground floor.
Thank you Wayfair for the reply. Front door should have been outside the apartment door - not the building reception when the item is too heavy (68 kg according to the description).

Delivery charge £79.99 not £19.99 as shown.
First impression, not great if you live in Central Scotland. Apparently we do not qualify for the £19.99 delivery charge and instead need to pay £79.99 as postcode not recognised. Also, Wayfair when delivering in Scotland do not offer the build the item when delivered. Product to be delivered on Monday 7th July which is quite good time wise, hopefully easy to build.
