I have had 2 hot tubs with Wave now, and iv always been really impressed with service and quality. Our most recent hot tub ( Adriatic) had an issue with Wave plaque, I contacted customer services and this was resolved immediately. Our kids absolutely love spending time in the hot tub and I highly recommend Wave. Thank you to Elizabeth for your help and advice and for resolving our minor issue.

The first spa I ordered came promptly and I set it up and filled it….found it has a large whole. When I contacted them….they told me to patch it. That was frustrating because it is a brand new spa. Why am I supposed to be the one that is patching it? It should be brand new and not have any holes. So they sent me a new spa, but I had to take the heater out of the first one and reattach all of it to the second one which took about an hour and a half. I get it all together and the filter screws will not come off the old one they were stuck on, so I don’t have the filter screws so that I can attach the filter to the inside of the spa.
And after I got it filled up, there was water gushing from the bottom. There’s another hole in this one so I have now received two spas that have holes. This is insane. I got this because I wanted to help my back pain after an accident and this is just creating more pain and frustration.

*UPDATED AND EDITED**I bought an atlantic wave 4 person hot tub in August 2025 and I haven't used it much as was stored away during autumn/winter. I've recently brought it back out and it now doesn't heat. I have emailed them 40 times now and although they do respond well they keep telling me to do all sorts of troubleshooting steps but by the time I get another response it's a different customer service agent and they ask me to do troubleshooting steps that I've already been asked to do previously which is delaying the help I need. My hot tub is still under warranty and I'm still awaiting something to be done instead of going around in circles constantly!
*UPDATE*
I have changed my review about wave spa to 5 stars because although there was a bumpy start, once I had David take over my case everything went so smoothly. My heater was delivered and sent back the following day! He is an asset to the company and honestly if you ever have any issues please request to speak to him. He replied to my emails continuously and very quickly.
So happy to have my spa up and running again.

Purchased a Pacific 3 inflatable hot tub arrived as expected unfortunately a pipe was split in transit so emailed support 1430 on Saturday afternoon with in a hour all sorted exchange heater unit ordered for me very happy with that, hot tub all looks good looking forward to using it

Elizabeth, from Wave support, went out of her way to resolve my issue, which related to the fact that I had ordered an older version of a kayak, instead of the latest version, by mistake. She responded to all my emails promptly and went the extra mile to ensure wrong item was returned and correct item received. This is the second kayak I've bought from Wave due to their excellent design, construction and value for money, and now I know, with customer service to match. My go to place for kayaks from now on!!! Thanks again.

I am so disappointed to be leaving this review but these spas are the worst I have dealt with.
I bought one at Christmas and within one week it was broken, faulty heater issue and it was constantly losing water.
Contacted the company and was told I had to wait until February to have the heater replaced.
The spa was completely unusable, it was going above 40 degrees sometimes going to 43/44 and then it just completely locked out.
After a lot of talk I managed to get a replacement spa and this one lasted 2 weeks doing the exact same thing.
I requested a full refund, what a nightmare that was to get sorted! I had to send back the heater which meant I had to dispose of the rest of the spa myself! The heater was received right away but it took over 6 weeks to get our refund.
We’ve went to another company , which I am absolutely gutted about. I loved the style , size etc and the fact that the spa did retain heat much better than the one we’ve had to buy but I just couldn’t face another faulty spa with them.

I had some issues with my original order, so I contacted customer service. Elizabeth went above and beyond to help me sort everything out. I placed my order on the 22nd at around 15:30, and my paddleboard was delivered the very next morning at 09:30 — incredibly fast.
A massive thank you to Elizabeth for the support. You’ve been amazing.
I’ll leave a separate review about the paddleboard once I’ve had the chance to try it, but I’m confident I’ll love it. My partner already has a Waves paddleboard, and I absolutely love his, so I’m excited to try mine.
