Nothing is too much trouble
Wave are the best company i have ever bought anything off, i have had a couple of issues with my hot tub and they have been dealt with and rectified immediately, they are a pleasure to do business with, i would recommend them to anyone, nothing is too much trouble for them, especially Antria who returns correspondence swiftly and in a very easy to understand way.

Bought a 6 seater
Bought a 6 seater, Garda hotub,ordered Sunday, delivery Tuesday, amaxing!
The dpd driver, informed me,a box was missing, as it had been damaged.
Me being me,l wanted it all set up,got intouch with Waves customer services.
A huge shout out,to Henry, he listened to me,worked out which box was missing,and ordered the missing box, that same time.

Transitioned from an inflatable hot tub to the rigid foam side Wave Como. Very well built and heats up very quickly. Was looking for a non-inflatable option that didn’t cost as much as a traditional hot tub and this was it. Very satisfied.

I have had interactions with three…
I have had interactions with three people since buying our Wave Spa last December, once with questions the remaining two with heater issues. No matter who I communicated with all three were most helpful and quick to take action. I sent Anitra a video of a leaky heater and she immediately responded by ordering a new unit after I had tried the recommended fixes. This team has taken the worry away from dealing with a company across the pond. Simply gret customer service! Thanks again, Steve.

Recent Wave Board purchase
I ordered a board for my sons birthday. His first paddlebaord and he has been begging for one for ages! I ordered one from Wave as I have other Wave boards and they are great. I had an issue with this recent order and got in touch with Wave customer service with a lovely person called Elizabeth getting in touch very quickly. Elizabeth was able to quickly solve the issue without any problems and in time for my sons birthday. I cant thank her enough and honestly went above and beyond to help me out when they did not need to. I would definitely recommend Wave and I shall be ordering more boards soon!

The customer service
The customer service, is extremely customer centric focused on sorting any issues, helpful and human. Been a happy Wave customer for many years, love their rigid foam tubs, cheap to run & the ultimate relaxation experience after a hard day. The only thing it doesn’t come with is the wine / Prosecco!
