Much improved exepreince

I am giving them a 5 star review this time. I originally dealt with Wave back in 2024 and the experience was not great. However, I feel it is only fair to review them based on my experience now.
I recently had an issue with my remote no longer working, and Milly responded super quickly and was incredibly helpful, arranging a replacement within just a couple of emails.
A much better experience this time around, so well done to the team. This is exactly how customer service should be.

The helpful staff at Wave have been…

The helpful staff at Wave have been fantastic in resolving the issue with the leaky valve on my hot tub. I would especially like to mention one staff member in particular – Elizabeth.
She went above and beyond in providing support, responding very promptly to emails and putting me completely at ease. My daughter was quite upset when our hot tub sprang a leak, but Elizabeth’s understanding, reassurance, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference.
Her professionalism is second to none, and I truly appreciate the care she took in handling my situation. I would like to sincerely thank her for her outstanding service.

Spa heater issue

I contacted customer services today and after 12 emails back n forth hopefully theywill get my heater repaired. Fingers crossed. I mentioned the amount of emails because the responses are fast and very understanding to try and help with my issue. Milly came across very caring and genuinely concerned that my spa wasnt working.
Great company to deal with lets hope i get it back swiftly to enjoy this fabulous weather were all having.

Excellent customer experience with…

Excellent customer experience with Elizabeth. I recently purchased a Tourer 3.0 SUP, which I’m delighted with. I took it down to the river on the hot May bank holiday and unfortunately I lost the paddle board fin in the water. I contacted customer support and Elizabeth agreed to send a replacement fin as a goodwill gesture. First class customer experience.

After receiving the hot tub , I contacted customer service, Antria helped me with all my questions quickly and with a high level of customer service. She made any arrangements and dispatched my free gift immediately. The wavespa is good it heats up quickly and retains heat with the thermal covers. My kid also loves it

Absolute game changer
