Unfortunately I had a problem recently with my Wave Spa, I got onto customer service and Elizabeth from the team came back to me same day, she has been excellent arranging a replacement part and the repair and pick up of another part, I can’t praise Elizabeth enough excellent customer service!

Henry was literally the best reassuring communicator. He delivered the best customer service we have ever received from Wave spa. Our issue with the tub was resolved quickly and efficiently. Emails answered promptly. Having previously experienced very poor customer service from wave spa our faith has been renewed and we would recommend them, thanks to Henry!

Previously our experience has t been great given that we have had 2 hot tubs that failed. We have now bought the agean spa and taken it abroad. Sadly the heater did not work so we contacted customer service. Henry arranged for a replacement heater which was sent via the Netherlands. It arrived!!
Henry was amazing he kept us updated with tracking, queries and replies instantly- such a refreshing response he was such a great ambassador- thank you so much for your help

I received the wrong item so contacted customer services, their reply was quick and Elizabeth who replied couldn't have been anymore helpful! She arranged the wrong item to be collected and the correct item was received within a few days. Although the wrong item was sent the customer service was great.

Only half the order arrived initially missing the insulating panels and it wasn’t made clear this would happen and the status of the order especially when the shop app said everything had been delivered. That said, the team responded very quickly and were able to send the missing parts as soon as possible and were able to help with any further requests made. This is my 4th purchase for my daughter.My hot tub is still working with the old pump style despite having to have a new liner due to energetic grand children.I am a little jealous of the updates and smart thermol cover at a fab price.

First off, the product is absolutely fantastic (Wave Garda 6 Person), it's extremely well made, rock solid once built and it's very aesthetically pleasing.
Functionality is flawless using either the attached controller or the app via Bluetooth/WiFi (make sure you give the app permission to see nearby devices)
From cold fill to 40° took approx 9 hours overnight (mostly on the cheaper tariff) and this thing holds it's heat extremely well with the additional energy saver bundle, loses maybe 1-2°C in the day, so we just set it via timer to heat back up overnight.
Where they excel however is customer service. The original delivery of the tub was next day via DPD however I had some items missing (free filters/chemicals) so I contacted support via chat, who immediately apologised and offered to send these out asap. Unfortunately there was a mix up with my address this time around but the head of customer service was quick to get involved and contacted me to get this resolved promptly.
Great product with even better customer service. Very happy.

Have contacted Sophie in customer services about a problem I had with spa ,and she has always responded to my emails very quickly, and helped and sorted my problem for me. Nothing is too much for her, she always says if I need anything more just ask.

Contacted Wavespa after the heater stopped working. Received a reply from Milly within 24 hours. She gave us a detailed instructions on how to reset the system, and if that did not solve the problem to get back to her. We followed the instructions to the letter, and it worked 😃. Excellent customer service from Milly

We have recently purchased the Como 6 persons hot tub through a third party, unfortunately we only received 2 out of the 3 boxes, I have repeatedly contacted the company we purchased the hot tub through and could not get any answers regarding the missing box, we then contacted the team direct at Wave who were very accommodating and sorted the problem immediately thank you so much Team Wave 👋 (Dave) .

Had the integrated hot tub from Wave, it developed heating issues after 6 months. 3 months of fault finding, sending it back twice, failed to resolve the issue. I’d had enough and asked for my money back, they agreed. Couriers picked the hot tub up the 1st of May. Despite numerous e-mails, no refund has materialised. The usual, “it’s with accounts, I’ll chase it”. I’m having to take steps to do a section 75 with my bank and go down the small claims court route.
Absolute brilliant service got a jaccuzzi for about £400 and its lasted us had a little issue with it but it got sent off fixed sent stright back so friendly and am just about to up grade to the como highly recommend
