Excellent and fast service. The item arrived promptly and loved it.

They canceled my order without notify me before, and now it's more than 15 days without refund my money!

I had ordered a Marc Jacobs watch in dark green and they sent me the black one. I had to chase them down to explain the situation which they failed to. I returned the item the day after and all of a sudden I am blocked on all platforms and have had no response from the team. It has been a week and I don’t have my money back or a watch. I feel scammed.

I've ordered yesterday the Armani watch Ar60006 for my husband's birthday and I've paid £71.53. Today they sent refund without explanation. I've checked again the watch on their website and they raised the price. Now it's £249.00. Not professional and certainly I don't recommend them. Stick to honest and reliable businesses.

They've sent me another email stating that I asked for the refund! I'll go forward because of this lies! I can't stand when someone isn't honest! "Order #1794 was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded ." who asked for refund?! Show me when and where I've asked this! It was supposed to be a present and you've ruined everything!
If you've mistaken the price that's totally your fault and your issue. Don't gave me headache for nothing!

I bought this watch for £190 and found it seconds later after purchase for £150 but thats not the issue. The issue is when i took it to timsons watch repairs they cant get the pins out and said they would probably damage it to get them out as they are stuck. Im sure this shouldnt happen. The watch is useless as it doesnt fit.

Don't buy from this company watch they sold me was fake and when I sent them an email to send the item back and get a full refund they ignored me if I had a choice for no star's I would of chosen that!

Ordering was easy, delivery was not as i paid 6.00 for express delivery but they couldnt do it, you did let me know and refunded my 6.00, however, i did panic that it was going to be delivered by the 19th march as it was a birthday present.

Yes its been more than 3 weeks still i havent reseved my watch

Quick delivery. Watch well packaged. Watch arrived and the II numeral was clearly of poor quality. Should have been picked up by quality control before dispatch.
I have sent watch back and wait for replacement.
Good communication so far.....fingers crossed.

I purchased two watches from Watchhome. One watch is perfect but the other did not suit the recipient. I contacted Watchhome and they sent me a returns label. I returned the watch on the 15/12/2020 and I received my refund on the 10/02/2021. The delay was most likely due to COVID and Brexit combined.
I would certainly recommend Watchhome for the quality of products and excellent service.
