Very professional service and excellent communications with Richard. Overall, the process was very straightforward - how it worked was made clear from the start. The agreed prices were fair and I got the watch I desired (which was received in as new condition). The watch was delivered within 24 hours of the deal being completed. Highly recommended, I would have no hesitation in doing future business again with Watchfinder.

not good customer service
Bought an omega seamaster 300 divers watch from Watchfinder which was just a few months old . The watch started gaining roughly one minute a month so I returned it for them to hopefully sort it , watch was returned after two weeks but no different so I again contacted Watchfinder only to be told that the gain of one minute every month is within the acceptable limit and that’s it .. so much for a precision watch. Really disappointing, would not buy from them again
