Entered a raffle on watches of whitby, good experience, probably a little let down by the results process.

Bought a pre-owned watch and the condition of it was exception. Fast comms from the seller (Alex) answering all my questions, keeping me up to date with the order and next day delivery. Would thoroughly recommend dealing with this company.

Purchased my first watch with Watches of Whitby. My initial email questions were answered promptly then the whole buying process followed which was both friendly and professional. I received my watch which was exactly as described and actually exceeded my expectations.

Brought a Tudor Chrono from W of W and I would definitely recommend them, great friendly service and very knowledgeable. Had the watch a couple of months now and it’s been flawless keeping excellent time. Their range of watches is very extensive and prices very competitive, will definitely buy from them again.

Watches of Whitby offer the best raffles to win Luxury Watches that I have seen. I participate in all of their raffles with the prizes being amazing Luxury Watches. I’ve not won yet but, I live in hope! Hopefully 🤞 I’ll have the luck of the draw on of these days!!!

I’ve dreamed of owning a Rolex since I was a kid.

I’ve always wanted to add a Rolex to my watch collection, specifically a Rolex submariner no date. I follow watches of Whitby on Instagram and whilst myself and my girlfriend were in Whitby we thought we’d call in.

I was honest with the lady that was working and said to her I was wanting a Rolex but couldn’t afford one just yet and if she would possibly let me try one on to see if I liked it on the wrist. The lady was so accommodating and non judgemental with this and got me to a few watches to try on, from a Submariner no date to a Bluesy and something different to what I had in mind a 1999/2000 GMT master. She also gifted me a little watch pouch for following and supporting them, another thing that I won’t forget that made them stand out.

They also allowed our dogs in the shop which made it so much easier for us to be able to look around as not many jewellers would off allowed this.

I will certainly be going back to watches of Whitby to buy my watches from there in the future for myself & partner. They have a great collection of different branded watches to choose from along with a big range of luxury jewellery.

The set up is fantastic, prices are good and we couldn’t recommend them enough to people who are looking for jewellery and watches.

Absolute amazing service , even stayed after hours to finish my exchange!

Didn’t know about this boutique until I spoke to them about a Parmigiani watch. It was a long wait because the manufacturer had a huge demand but it was worth the wait. Customer service is efficient and responsive. Delivery punctual and secure.

I needed to sell one of my watches to aid in the purchase of another time piece, I contacted Watches of Whitby who within the hour had come back to me with a value that I was expecting so been fairly close I drove through to be greeted by the most wonderful staff, within an hour the deal was completed.
I will return!

Simply a 5 etar customer service experience. For a small independent always has a brilliant choice of quality pre owned watches and are hand to awnser any questions. After purchasing a two tone datejust,Alex managed to source me an extra link almost immediately and has always been a great help. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

This was my second time dealing with Watches of Whitby and on both occasions it has been a pleasurable experience, always a nice selection of clean pre-owned watches and a lovely little shop in a very pretty area, makes a great day/weekend away.

This is a very professional knowledgeable and friendly company,I visited the shop recently to collect an almost new Tudor Pelagos 39.
Micheal and his female colleague looked after me very well on the day and I had already exchanged a lot of helpful information on line with Alex and agreed some provisional numbers for a px.
The website is excellent ,from the quality of the photography to the very comprehensive and honest appraisal of the condition of watches for sale.
If you can visit the shop I would encourage you to do so as they normally have a very good selection of watches to view and try and it’s in a great spot.
I would be happy to buy from them again.
