Good customer support

I ordered some sashimi for celebration of my daughter's birthday, and the parcel was supposed to be delivered by DHL last Wednesday. Unfortunately, DHL couldn't deliver the parcel on Wednesday, but one day delay on Thursday instead. When we opened the parcel, the dry ice inside was all gone and the sashimi was warm. After talking to WASO, they told me that the warm sashimi is not good to eat and they promised they would arrange re-delivery the next week. They are really so kind and very helpful.

Good customer support

Ordered some frozen meals from WASO for a celebration. The order was delivered by DHL, and the deliveryman delivered the parcel to a wrong household. Called both DHL and WASO to rectify the issue. The customer service from WASO was very helpful and nice, although a refund couldn't be made, he promised that they could arrange a re-delivery the week after if the parcel couldn't be found and delivered by DHL. Luckily the issue was rectified within two hours.

Amazing Delivery & Product

Wow, amazing raw fish and frozen items delivered over 200 miles and still in frozen condition just like coming out from freezer. The dry ice and wool insulation kept it frozen. Thank you for such innovative delivery. I will order again.

Home Delivery

Those who understand real Japanese food know that ingredients aren't cheap, especially outside of Japan.
So no issue with price or portion. I ordered 8 frozen meals from outside of London. No issue with delivery by DHL. Packed in dry ice and wool material. Each meals was nicely packed in paper box. Instruction was bit long but clear. Ginger pork that I had for lunch was quite nice.
