Mandag 4/12 vasker jeg min bil i washworld Helsingør. Min bil er fejlfri og har en værdi af 500.000 kr, da jeg køre min flotte bmw ind i vaskehallen og starter en vask. Så høre jeg nogle lyde indefra som ikke er helt normalt. Vasken fortsætter og alt er godt. Lige ind til at jeg kør ud af vaskehallen for at tørre min bil. Så opdager jeg at den har revet min bagkofanger af og halvdelen af den er knækket over. Jeg kontakter deres forsikring som er umulige at komme igennem til. Efter flere timers opringning og flere timers stres konkluder de at deres vaskehal ikke fejlede noget den dag, så derfor kunne de ikke påtage sig skylden. Nu står jeg i en lorte situation hvor jeg har valgt at køre sag an mod dem i retten. Jeg har heldigvis fået udleveret videomateriale fra stedet. Og hvordan vasken forholder sig. Den kan i se nærmere om når ekstrabladet i løbet af 2 dage udgiver en artikel med video materiale. I skal virkelig passe på med at køre jeres biler ind i washworld. Især dyre biler, og lige meget hvad erstatter de den ikke fordi selvom der står på deres hjemmeside at det eneste skade som ikke dækker er antenner og sidespejle. Men når en helt bagkofanger knækker midt over, så tænker jeg der noget galt med den vaskehal. Noget af det mest usle jeg har prøvet i mit liv, at de ikke engang tager ansvar for deres kunder selvom det er deres skyld at min bil er gået i stykker. Hold jer langt fra det her sted, det slet ikke det værd at vaske sin bil for 100 kr og komme ud med en regning på 20.000 kr så heller vask dem hos de kendte tankstation såsom

Monday 4/12 I wash my car in washworld Helsingør. My car is flawless and has a value of DKK 500,000 when I drive my beautiful BMW into the car wash and start a wash. Then I hear some noises from inside that are not quite normal. The wash continues and all is well. Right up until I drive out of the car wash to dry my car. Then I discover that it has ripped off my rear bumper and half of it is broken. I contact their insurance which is impossible to get through to. After several hours of calling and several hours of stress, they conclude that nothing went wrong in their laundry that day, so they could not take the blame. Now I am in a crappy situation where I have chosen to take a case against them in court. Fortunately, I have been given video material from the scene. And how the wash is doing. You can take a closer look at it when the ekstrabladet publishes an article with video material in 2 days. You really have to be careful driving your cars into washworld. Especially expensive cars, and no matter what they don't replace it because even though it says on their website that the only damage they don't cover is antennas and side mirrors. But when an entire rear bumper breaks in the middle, I think there is something wrong with that car wash. One of the worst things I've experienced in my life, that they don't even take responsibility for their customers even though it's their fault that my car has broken down. Stay away from this place, it's not at all worth it to wash your car for DKK 100 and come out with a bill of DKK 20,000, so rather wash them at the well-known petrol stations such as Circle k, Shell, Q8.

Customer service is quite poor and…
Customer service is quite poor and difficult to reach, unless a payment didn't go through, then you'll get 2 emails and 10 text messages in a couple of hours. Seriously are they going to send the boys round later to collect the money! I got your email and your message, I'll deal with them at the end of the day when I'm not working. There is no need to send multiple copies on the same day, it makes you look unprofessional.

Øv, det lyder til, at du har haft en dårlig oplevelse, hvilket bestemt ikke er meningen når man besøger os, men jeg er sikker på, at vi kan finde en løsning til dette.
Der er både hyppigt service og rengøring af maskiner, men i disse tilfælde er de kun lukkede midlertidig, og det samme gælder med tekniske fejl, hvor vi naturligvis sender teknikerne ud på lokationen hurtigst muligt. Dette betyder dog ikke, at vi ved præcis hvornår de er der, da de også er ude på andre opgaver.
Dog er det selvfølgelig ikke meningen, at man skal have en fornemmelse af at vaskehallerne ofte er lukkede. Vi anbefaler derfor, at du skriver til vores kundeservice via hjemmesiden, så vi kan få set på sagen og hjælpe dig bedst muligt.

Washing and drying are not good enough.
Does not clean the car. Just spinkle water, and brushes rolls over, but afterwards, you will see that the car is not clean at all. For example mosquito sign stays their.
After washing, the air doesn't dry the car, and has to be dried by myself.
