Audrey Lee reached out from LinkedIn

Audrey Lee reached out from LinkedIn. We spoke on the phone about my experience and opportunities she thought would fit me best. After some clarification on skills and an updated resume she submitted me for a few positions. I was able to interview with Epicor Audrey, and Mia helped to prep me and stayed in constant communication with me. Michael Stobbe picked up when Audrey had to miss a few days for personal matters. At every point I felt valued, and that I was not bothering them with constant communication. Audrey has informed me she will continue to check in with me while I finish transitioning to Epicor. This helps you not feel like a number to get a commission but that your development and growth matter.

Our experience so far is above average…

Our experience so far is above average but not great. I feel that WF could do a better job at educating their team on their own processes and logistics. I understand however why WF has some work to do in this area as we here at Cre8tive have some of the same issues due to the number of new employees and volume of work.
