Problem with changing the bank account for payment of my invoice.

I started my contract on 18 June 2025. On the agreement I specified the PLN bank account. In mail conversation with Sean White he answered to me on June 16th: "Regarding invoice, I will get you set up on our portal where you upload your time and will explain how it all works.". It was response on my question whether my invoices will be paid in GBP and do I need to create bank account in GBP.

On June 27th I created bank account in GBP. When I uploaded my GBP invoice on timesheets.frankgroup.com I also asked to change my bank account visible on this portal to new GBP account. Until today (7 July 2025) I have not received response neither from Frank Group nor from Tenth Revolution on which bank account my invoice will be paid.

Please assist in ensuring that my invoice is paid into the following bank account, which is held in pounds sterling: GBP account PL17 1020 1026 0000 1702 0727 0723

The communication between everyone that was part of my Washington Frank experience. Calls and deliverables were always followed up, even when no updates were available.
