First class service from Warranty Administration Services

I bought a vehicle from the Hendy Group approx 8 months ago and it came backed with a warranty that is administered by Warranty Administration Services but funded by Hendy Group themselves.

Unfortunately during my ownership of said vehicle, I've already encountered 2x rather expensive issues (the first being just over £1k to resolve and the second being just under £4k) and in both instances, I received first class service from Warranty Administration Services.

Both claims were authorised within 1 working day and both were settled via bank transfer within a further 2-3 working days.

I must confess that I was a little worried that the warranty I had been given would be worthless but am pleased to confirm this has not proven to be the case at all!

A special thanks to Tara and Andrew who handled said claims.

Awesome service, and Kudos to Tara

After an initial mess around because of incorrect details provided by the car reseller (no fault of the warranty company), i managed to get through to Tara. SHe has been exemplary on both the warranty claims I have had to make claims for.

She is prompt efficient and always ready to help.

Tara the magnificent!

As soon as I spoke to Tara, she was magnificent!! spoke to both the supplier and garage and arranged full payment!! The supplier of the vehicle only wanted to pay for certain parts, however Tara sorted it all out!! Would highly recommend Tara, as she was professional, courteous and on the ball, Thanks for all your help!

As soon as I called they were on the case !!

The moment I called with an issue with my car, it was dealt with swiftly and professionally. No issues at all, a special thank you to Tara, what an asset to the company, her customer service is absolutely superb. If I could award 10 out of 10 I would, and would highly recommend this company.

ONE NAME TO TRUST TARA PAULSON

Great experience with this company especially with Tara I bought a Tesla from Henry's had a few problems BUT ALWAYS THERE TO HELP ON THE OTHER SIDE was Tara always so fast in replying to call AND emails EXCELLENT!! she will never let me down if this could give a 10 star I would.

Excellent experience (providing a warranty…)

This company (providing a warranty under the name of Crystal Clear) was used by a dealer when selling me a car. Within the default 6 months I had to call on them for 2 separate issues. Having never dealt with warranty companies before, I called to discuss 'how it all works' and I have to say that the help on the phone, the email communications and the overall handling was perfect. Immediate, clear and sufficiently detailed in answers and work all the administration of dealing with the claims. A special thank you to Tara who was the main contact for me (a credit to 'Customer Service' which is very important to me).

Positive service with a 'lets get this sorted' attitude

It is rare to deal with a company where they try right at the start to help and to resolve issues as opposed to saying no and being difficult.

Whilst I have not had cause to deal with them too many times (as one would hope with a warranty) the few times I have (including very recently) were very positive. I would. not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone

I needed to make a warranty claim…

I needed to make a warranty claim recently for a faulty TPMS sensor. The service department in my local dealership told me that it was all very straightforward getting the repair authorised. I phoned up Warranty Admin Services afterwards to check how I claimed back the cost of the work and a very helpful person told me where to email the receipt etc. My email was responded to very quickly and I now await the refund from Hendy themselves.

I am very happy with the service provided so far.

Excellent service given to negotiate a refund.

Excellent service given to negotiate a query with the car firm after requiring repair work on my car. This resulted in money refunded after a down payment was requested for exploring the problem which should have been covered under the warranty.
Professional and excellent customer service by Tara who mediated with the car firm!

Tara and W.A.S. very helpful !!!

Our warranty did not cover the unit which went wrong in our car leaving us facing a substantial bill , only 32 days after buying a second hand Astra . This was something which could not have been forseen and rather stressful ,
Fortunately, Tara from WAS quickly and without being prompted negotiated a goodwill payment from the dealership which covered 80% of the bill .
A great result and many thanks to Tara and WAS .
