Went to the pre-realese of an mtg set. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, everything was well organized. Also a wide variety of stock for all board game interests!

Top London gaming shop by miles. I live in Croydon and nothing else in the area comes close. Great range of drinks soft and boozy. Great staff and always really to help you out with what ever you need. Great locals and regulars attend the store for most of the game I play and if there isn't they are great helping you drum up support and interest they really have the gaming community at heart.

Placed an order on Monday, changed the status almost immediately to awaiting fulfilment. I chased them via email three days later on the day it was due for delivery. They sent no reply to my email but suddenly the order was fulfilled and shipped within the hour.

The product is currently in transit however, I have received no response to my email. No apology, reason for the delay or upgrade to shipping in order to make up for the delay. Just radio silence.

I am sure the product will be fine, however the lack of response is just poor customer service.

Slow to despatch order and didn't respond to my request for a reason although the goods were sent the following day. Makes you wonder doesn't it
