I am a regular customer of Wapta
I am a regular customer of Wapta, and I have never had any issues. I have purchased 10 pairs in the last 4 years.
I did however receive a faulty pair recently. I wrote to Wapta and they responded within 8 minutes of my email apologising, and explaining they will replace the pair.
I received the replacement pair within 48 hours.
The customer service and engagement with the Wapta team has always been extremely positive, and in this instance it was phenomenal.

I saw a friend wearing a pair of very striking reading glasses and asked to try them on . I looked in the mirror and lo and behold there was Cary Grant looking back at me ! I had to have a pair and ordered them on line . They arrived as promised on time with a hand written note from one of the partners . I put them on and have been Cary Grant ever since ( fighting the women off !) thank you and all this joy for £25
