Iv received nothing but great customer service from Want hair! Matthew has helped me from consultation to surgery and has always been prompt to answer my many questions throughout the process. Everything had been organised perfectly allowing a smooth surgery day in Harley street. Becky has been checking in on me daily post op relieving all my worries and concerns. Really looking forward to seeing the results!

A great experience, from the start Matthew was really attentive and helpful. All was explained and my mind put at ease. A group is created with both Becky and Matthew in the days prior to the procedure giving you all the information and help needed for before and after the procedure. An excellent UK service for a great price that I would definitely recommend.

I’m 12 days post surgery and so far everything is going really well, Matthew and Becky have both been amazing, always on hand to answer questions and support through things.

Absolutely amazing experience! Matt was more than helpful and was always there for me when I needed him. Explained well every detail before I went with the procedure . Almost one month post surgery he’s been extremely supportive and responsive. Can’t recommend these guys high enough!

I had my hair transplant In April 2026 at the North London Clinic via Want Hair. I had a consultation with Jay and he talked me through all the ins and outs, answering any questions I had honestly and really setting my mind at ease. I chose to go ahead and couldn't be happier with the service provided by Want Hair and the Clinic on the day. Jay was extremely personable, and made my experience as stress free from start to finish as possible. I've worked in customer service for 17 years myself, and the service her provided was exceptional. Post op care was fantastic too, daily contact really helped to reassure me. Also I'd like to mention the lady who signed me off via a phone call on the 10th day was fantastic. We had a lovely chat amd if you have a record or who it was I spoke to, please extend my gratitude. 5/5 experience all around.

Great experience so far with Want Hair and also the clinic in Manchester. Matt my initial consultant was great and answered all questions I had with a prompt response. Also after surgery before I was signed off both Becky and Matt kept in touch. Overall great experience and would recommend.

I went to Wanthair for my hair transplant as I was basing it on the reviews from experience. I was sent to the London Clinic in Harley Street and my whole experience was fantastic. From the moment I arrived to me leaving after completion, the staff and surgeons could not have done any more for me. They were professional and attentive throughout the process. If you're looking for a clinic like I was myself to trust then I can only recommend wanthair on my own experience. I had over 4500 grafts and I'm now 6 months post transplant and loving my progress.

Want hair are just a middle man, they send you to a cheap hair mill clinic that’s closest to you.

15 months ago, I was sent to HGC Manchester and had my procedure done by dr masood Munir and received very poor results, which resulted in me having to get a second transplant at a more reputable company.

Ignore all these 5 star reviews, want hairs consultant team push you to write a 4/5 star review, 2 weeks after your procedure, when you have no idea how the results will look, as it takes 12 months of full results.

I had my transplant on Harley Street in February, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
Matthew was great , always available at the end of the phone whenever I needed him, and extremely professional throughout the whole process.
I would highly recommend both Matthew and Becky.

I recently had my hair transplant and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience so far. From the very first phone call, Ed was brilliant — friendly, reassuring, and really clear about the whole process. Booking everything was quick and easy, which made the whole decision feel smooth.

When I travelled to Turkey, everything was organised perfectly. Dr. Gizem and her team were fantastic — professional, caring, and they made me feel completely comfortable throughout the procedure.

When I got back home, Becky was amazing. She answered every question I had and made sure I felt supported during the aftercare stage.

It’s only been 3 weeks, but I’m already really happy with how things are looking. The whole team has been great from start to finish, and I’m genuinely pleased I chose them.

I booked in for a transplant early April I found the place to be very clean and hygienic. Everyone in the place was very kind and welcoming the actual procedure itself was very straight forward and I feel like they did a very good job at keeping me reassured I was okay and everything more. I had Becky and I think his name was Matt as consultants who were both very friendly and very fast at replying when I had any questions about after care and whatever more. Over all I’m very happy with my transplant so far. Highly recommended 👍🏼

Want hair has been amazing through my transplant journey so far. Great communication and care from Jay and Becky. Jay answered many of my questions quickly before the transplant and was very helpful throughout. Becky gave me expert advice prior to and after the hair transplant. It feels like they care deeply about their patients. I am only 2 weeks post transplant and is very happy with the result so far. I would highly recommend want hair. Thank you again Jay and Becky !

Had a hair transplant May 2025 in Harley street London.
The transplant failed despite following all aftercare. When I raised concerns via thier customer service (WhatsApp!) I sent pictures and was assured everything was fine and my hair would be thick and luxurious after 12 months.
Well it’s 12 months and hair looks the same as before. Absolute waste of money. The fact you can’t contact the clinic direct and have to go through the what’s hair customer service is not good. If my original con has been addressed directly via the clinic it probably would have been saved
Have spoken to clinics locally too me who state looking at photos it was never done well. And the fact the surgeon left it to his staff instead of doing it himself was poor

I had my hair transplant on Kenton road.
The whole team from start to finish were brilliant. Very professional and helpful. The after team have been in constant contact and have guided me all the way.
Would recommend anyone who wants to get their hair done to go with want hair

Matthew and Becky have been fantastic throughout the whole process from initial enquiry right to signing off my after care. I highly recommend Matthew and Want Hair to anyone looking for a caring team to get you through your procedure.

Had a consultation last year with Matt but wasn’t in a position to go ahead at that stage. Got back in touch with Matt earlier this year and went through with the booking. Everything was explained to me clearly and I had a lot of questions and concerns which they were always happy to answer! Closer to my appointment I was in contact with Becky who like Matt was very helpful and happy to answer all the questions I had and there was a few! After my surgery I was in touch with both daily and they showed a keen interest in how I was feeling and how my recovery was progressing. I am around 6 weeks post surgery now and very happy with my progress and can’t wait for the final results.

I had my hair transplant in Harley Street, staying over night in a nearby hotel. Honestly I couldn't fault anything. Dr Luvve and the whole team put me at ease and the day flew by. The whole team were really professional and relaxed, explaining everything to me as we went along. I fell asleep during parts of the procedure and had a good laugh with the team at other times.
The aftercare was also really good from Jay, I had to upload photos every day and they continued to monitor my recovery.
I'm now 10 days in. The feeling of having a hair line for the first time in 10 years is indescribable. Every time I look in the mirror I smile.
I have no hesitation in recommending this clinic.

My experience was 10/10. Jay was available every step of the way to answer any questions and queries. On the day was very relaxed and the aftercare was really good, they keep in contact after surgery to help and guide you!

Really good experience with Want Hair Manchester clinic.
Matthew was excellent on the phone — took the time to explain everything properly, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable going ahead with the procedure.
Becky was also a big help in the WhatsApp group before the op, making sure I knew exactly what to bring and giving clear pre and post-op advice, which made the whole process a lot easier.
The procedure itself went smoothly and the team were professional throughout. Overall, great communication and support from start to finish — definitely recommend.
