Best place for panelling goods
Wall Panels World is the best company for any type of paneling job. Products are high quality, which makes working with them easy and they look amazing on. Customer service zero
I ordered a sample from this company three weeks ago I have yet to receive it. The cost of the sample was £4.99 not a great sum of money but on a pension it is. I have emailed this company several times without any a response suffice to say I will not be using this company

If a sample doesn’t arrive, we’re always happy to refund cost and send a replacement (tracked). Please send us your order number and postcode via Trustpilot DM or our email (or give us a call on 0121 661 1500) so we can sort this for you straight away. We’ll also check what went wrong with the emails to prevent a repeat.
Very poor unreliable company
Very poor unreliable company. Was promised delivery of wall panels within 5 working days. After 2 weeks, only half the order arrived at a time much later than the sms suggested (about 7pm). I was told I’d recieve the rest the following week. I received an sms stating it was due to be delivered today, and the tracking then indicated it had been delivered when we’d received nothing. I contacted the company who stated that the product still wasn’t in stock and wouldn’t be available for at least a further 2 weeks. No offer of compensation of any sort.
Avoid at all costs

Great Company to Deal With
Excellent experience with the person who answered my call and took my order. He couldn't have been more helpful.
Delivery was when it was expected and driver was helpful and polite.
Price was a little more compared to some other suppliers but worth it for the quality.
Would definitely recommend after my experience dealing with them 🙂

Great product delivered on time with care.
This is the second time I’ve used this company, basically they deliver exactly what you order, I highly recommend you pay the little bit extra to have your panels painted with primer. This saved so much time.
Our panel strips arrived on time and well wrapped up with a specific delivery person who handles the product with care. I will definitely use this company again if required.

I ordered 28 lengths of Mdf moulding…
I ordered 28 lengths of Mdf moulding @£5.49 a length order received ok, however I had miscalculated and required another 3 lengths, when placing the order online 11 days Iater I was quoted £10.82 for exactly the same.
I emailed and explained the situation and to check if it was an error on the website but no the price had gone up by over 90%.
Yes it was my error and prices go up but an increase of over 90%, make sure you order enough or you could get robbed too.

Failed delivery waiting 16 days to arrive
When I finally recieve my order ill let you know the quality placed order 2nd June, they scheduled delivery 9th June early afternoon so booked half a day off, eta then updated during the day to between 6-8pm on the evening to then get an update at 7pm that it failed and they will be in contact, which I heard nothing so called them late morning the next day, turns out my order didn't make it onto the van and some of it wasn't machined, they then said it would arrive later that week. Just had an update to tell me it won't arrive until the 18th June. So 16 days since ordering that's if it actually shows up this time. Let's hope the quality is worth the wait. Can't say ill use them again ill stick to b&q/wickes next time.

Ordered two samples for a £1.99 postage…
Ordered two samples for a £1.99 postage fee end of April. Received nothing until 14 May when I then had to pay £3.50 postage surcharge fee for a random box of samples which didn’t have either of the two I’d ordered. No response to my email. Very disappointing☹️

Ordered samples on the website, paid £5.99 delivery and still no sign of the samples. Contacted customer service and did not receive a reply. Thankfully I’ve only wasted £5.99 and not any more on a product that won’t arrive!
