Hi I’ve recommended Uphold wallet to a senior, he had a bit of trouble to overcome the hips and bits of the configuration, but then it was sorted and it went all smoothly, but after a while the account was blocked and he can’t touch his money, please fix it urgently for it’s past a month that it’s like this, tell us what’s wrong so we can adjust and carry on investing and get crypto payment. Ticket is #1123459.

Why is my account restricted? I do have funds but i´m unable to access it. Several emails have been sent but so far no replay. Here is the ticket number #1107285.

Actually the uphold wallet has left something to be desired, first is that the support does not provide effective support, and then it is that they practically do not proceed.

I changed my password on February 1st, 2021 and until today, it is still under review, I have sent a lot of emails to the support and nothing, I don't know what's going on, because they don't say anything. I have money in my uphold wallet and I can't move that money. In a few more days you will complete 30 days with the account under review.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! This company’s customer service is a joke! It’s less than a joke! They will steal your money and tell you to go screw! Read all of the reviews here... the majority of them are negative reviews for their “doesn’t exist service.” This platform is happy to take your money and sell you stock, however they will not allow their customers to sell their stock and close their accounts. WORST PLATFORM EVER!!! And that says a lot when considering what just happened with Wallstreetbets and Robinhood

no response no approval. they make it easy to put money in but haven't aloud me to take money out . theirs. give me my money. or ill take legal action asap. reply or I'll be forced to take legal action. I suggest no one uses this platform theybstarl your money. no one is on customer service and there is no phone number. reply?????!!!!!!

It all started out well, I got my uphold wallet up and running in no time, and purchased xrp and link which i was holding in my wallet for the last year. I saw some considerable gains with my chainlink portfolio as I bought it when it was only $3. So far, so good until a couple of weeks ago. I logged in to find out my account was under review, without warning or reason, I was blocked from my account, unable to sell my assets but conveniently still able to purchase more - looks like they have no problem taking your money even if your account is "under review". I was told not to worry after reaching out, and then a few days later i reveieved another email from the support team informing be that my account has been closed - again no reason or explanation. And then they make some vague statement about how my funds are safe and will be returned to me - again with no explanation or detail. Will they refund me the money i deposited, or will they tranfer my assets to an address of my choosing? or will they sell my assets and give me the current value back in fiat? who knows? they have given no answers. STAY AWAY - there is clearly something very shady going on - and i find it convenient that they have decided to steal my chainlink coins just as it starts to moon. Ridiculous and extremely disappointing.
