I only used uphold to collect BAT tokens from BRAVE. I requested to reset the 2FA aythenticator since it isn't synchronised with Google authenticator and instead of sending me a reset link like in the past, they requested to provide my official goverment documents and my biometric face data to a 3rd party automatic authenticator which would never happen. My personal goverment documents and biometric data would never be provided to any online website. THEY ARE PERSONAL. i have tried to contact them explaining the situation but they don't listen me. I have already provided my passport when i register their service but obviously it was a big mistake. As a result I can't access my account and my funds and my passport. They would stay lock forever and I would never be allowed to access my account again.

This is the worst wallet, Ive gave photo id ,SS and authentication codes like they ask for and still can't get my money. They have no problem taking money out of bank but to put back in is a hassle. Done with crypto nothing but a scam!!

I used uphold for two years Until today receiving a notification that they cannot offer anymore an account to me. This is a very strange for a reputable company like uphold closing a client account instantly. If they need further information they should ask before closing.

I really don't love not even like this app. In order to improve the app you should be able to send and receive cryptos both in and out of the uphold wallet. Otherwise I will delete my account. And you stole my bat token!?? Since I cannot send my digital assets outside of my uphold wallet into another crypto wallet.

Iv had my account restricted for several weeks now, They gave me no reason why, I sent about 20 emails and went on live chat I got no response from either.
I went on trust pilot left a bad reveiw and they got back to me straight away. I sent them all the information they requested.
I then got an email to say I’m good to go. Logged into me account still blocked again sent them emails which surprise surprise still ignoring.
What does one have to go to get them to respond, thru are just not doing there job,
Worst wallet ever but I give time a 5 for ignoring their customers, will have to find a more reliable walker as they obviously don’t value their customers.

Just bad, my account has been blocked for no reason, nobody told me why exactly my account was blocked I went for customer support and they just keep saying the same thing "we can't longer offer you an account" but why? they never say the reason. My request was #1589536

Uphold is terrible, they block your account and refer you to a link of why accounts get blocked, but you honestly dont know why they blocked, this is completely unprofessional, they accuse you of something you did or did not know what you did, it is unprofessional as they treat their customers differently,and give reasons why they blocked their account to some and not others, like in germany a restrictions apparenly changed for one person, but with me i literally have no idea what i did wrong, Uphold iS BAD . DO NOT CONSIDER THEM

My account has been under review for 3 months. They have around 7,000 of my xrp coins that are paid for. Sent them a message to let me transfer to another wallet and they wouldn’t let me. They have my 7,000 coins and now closed my account. I’m filing a complaint with they SEC in the morning and also filing a police report and then to anyone else I can seen the reports to. What a joke!

I`m very unsatisfied.

It take a lot of time to solve the problem and my fund are blocked. I had 1100 usd and now I have 500. I already lost 600 usd.
Is a lot of money for me.
Someone told me to trust in your wallet and I´m losing money due to your delay.
Who gonna pay me my money?
I had open 2 accounts because it took a long time to verify the account.
I already said to delete one account and keep the other and nothing.
Im very dissapointed. They will pay my money? When the sccounts are under review they must froze the money that we have.

It's 3weeks I'm waiting their answer but they always say to relink my card but the problem is still there, also with another card or without.
It's unbelievable they stop an account for 3weeks with no ways to solve it by them.
Should be punished for all the problems is creating, as i see.
I want my money back asap.

verification process too slow. months have gone by they still reviewing it and they cannot help you. you cannot withdraw your funds. so, what i did to my BAT tokens from brave, i used it to send a tip to GraB.TC to be able to get a cashback.

My account switch status from verified to being reviewed. My fund was frozen for several months. I have a request for assistance with withdrawing money from my account and they declined. they said that the funds transferred into my account were obtained through deceit. then they hold my money. this is the first platform i see that want to keep money of customers. I waited a long time in pain and now may be i will lost my fund. my ticket is #1075834.

My first experience with the Uphold wallet came when I used it to store Basic Attention Token (BAT) I got from the Brave Browser. I still love the Brave Browser and I wish they would disassociate themselves from the Uphold Wallet.

Everything about the Uphold wallet is just awful. They have two user interfaces (UI) one "classic" and a new one. Just pick a UI and go with it. But that is just the beginning of what is wrong with the entire Uphold platform. The fees are way to high, it's difficult and/or imposible to get your coin out. When you trade you don't get good spot market pricing. STAY AWAY FROM UPHOLD WALLET!!

I have left the Uphold wallet open so the Brave browser can auto-deposit my BAT I earn each month, but I will move it off of the Uphold wallet platform when it has accumulated.
