I discovered Wallester Business through search engine and found its solutions to be a great fit for me. The onboarding process was smooth. Even initial deposit process went smoothly.
What differentiates Wallester is its exceptionally friendly customer service. Unlike that rely on slow email communication, Wallester can be reached through various social messaging platforms like WhatsApp.

the 3ds verification system takes a lot of work, first have to enter a verification code that arrives via email, later have to enter 8-digit password...
If you want to avoid this steps, they offer pay "ONLY" 200€/month...

We opened account on 1.8.2023
We opened an account on 1.8.2023. Paid for services and 3D whitelisting via their discord server SNKRBank. Their support told us that eveything works and is ready. For 2 weeks since we have received our account and products we could not really use our cards because of their non working 3D whitelisting. This cost us many euros in profit as we were not able to work properly… then they had issues with logging into our customers account what caused even more problems. After all of this, we were charged 1300€ without any previous notice for 0€ charges. I rechecked their whole discord and there was and is nothing about it, also noone of their support/employees told us about this fee etc.
They did not even ask about charging us this amount, they just took it. Also those 0€ charges were made while their service we paid for was down… When we tried to communicate about it with their support, we received the poorest communication and so far they did not even reply on all points we wrote them.
I feel like this is just pure scam on a client and totally dont recommend using them.

To be fair...
The Wallester service has its advantages and disadvantages. From the start I had a very rocky experience with the customer service. But after complaining to the supervisor, I started getting excellent service. The agents that I have right now are absolutely working in the most efficient way and addressing my concerns as if they really care. From the feature perspective, Wallester is still lacking. Some stuff that are advertised in the website are not readily available. Most of the customization I needed for my account had to be requested and not readily available. However now they have added the feature of 3DS verification via email which is absolutely fantastic. Some other features that could be useful such as single-use cards, and free multi-currency accounts are not available while other competitors offer these features. Overall, Wallester could definitely use some improvement and it's definitely on the right track. I can't stress enough on how satisfying it is to have a personal customer service agent that is in loop with all your activities and your needs. I hope that this platform steadily improves just the way it is doing right now and I hope that the customer service level does not diminish over time. I am a very harsh critic but overall I'm somewhat satisfied with using Wallester. :)

Service is very good, very easy to use dashboard, very nice overall.
Only point to address is that you're not able to withdraw funds yourself, you have to do this through a form and then their administration will process it.
