Whis I could give them zero stars!
It's been a month since I ordered. They were quick to take the money out of my account, they take over an hour to answer the phone when you have questions and all they say is we can not refund the money it's our POLICY 😡😡 they just keep saying the product will arrive soon

NEVER RECEIVED! SCAMMER!!!!

I ordered $150 worth on 09/01/2019. It’s October 31, and NOTHING.
I’ve sent emails and I’ve received the same answer over and over again: “You’ll revive an email confirming shipping”.
I’ve tried to call and I’ve been on hold for 2 1/2 hrs and NOONE has ever answered the phone. Extremely upset.

Waistshaperz and Skinny23 is a SCAM! Do not purchase from them. You will never receive what you ordered . Say goodbye to your money. Do not buy anything from this company OR Skinny23. Both are owned by the same company. They are 100% a scam. I received the same message everyone else received in other reviews.

I tried to reach out by phone several times and waited for 4 hours on the phone. No one answered. I reached out on chat and they said my tea was not in stock. The first few times I tried to ask about the status of my order, I emailed them. I didn’t receive a response after three emails. I told them in chat that I emailed 3 times and called and waited up to 4 hours. They lied and said they reached out by email and I needed to check. I checked my spam folder and inbox. I never received any response. They give the same response to everyone. Not in stock. Don’t fall for their scam. They have taken money from thousands of people. I was lucky enough that I paid with PayPal. They helped me get my money back. Remember that this company will not cancel or refund your order once it’s placed. That’s the scam. They steal money. This experience definitely made me more conscious about who I purchase from.

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Ughhhhh worst company EVER!!! Called tons of times emailed tos of times and a month in a half later still no product. Emailed manager vivian and worst customer experience ever. Cant get my $$ back $180 down the drain! Called again today just to find out my order is now on back order until Mid October which is dumb because never got a notification about any delays! Don’t waste your money, effort or te with this company! They are rip offs, scammers, and horrible company and customer service. Wish i would of seen these recording before making a purchase!

Size NOT accurate. WASTE OF MONEY!

OMG, I wish i had read these reviews before ordering. I placed my order on May 31 2019, they charged my credit card on June 1 2019. It is now July 5th and i am still waiting for a shipment notification for my order. On their website they state that it takes 7-10 days for orders to be processed and shipped. I have emailed and messaged them on IG and all i get is excuses of they are having shipping delays. FOR OVER A MONTH!!!!! I am now out almost $200 with nothing to show for it. I wish I had paid with PayPal so i could at lease initiate a charge back. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. IT IS A HUGE SCAM AND THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU EXCUSES.

ALL MY GOD.......I am sooooo ANGRY right now, I'm reading the reviews and it seems that this company is a SCAMMER and should be in jail.. The same thing had happened to me. They took my money and I have been waiting for over two months for a product that I'd never received. They refuse to give me a refund because they can't cancel an order...I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER. They got my money I have nothing.

Don't do it....They send me emails almost everyday about their products and sale. I being catch fish by a company with their false advertisement.

Worse company ever! Do not waste your money with them! Their customer service sucks! Their products are garbage and they take forever to send you the item, if they ever send it! I am still waiting for mine, over two months!

i honestly wished i had read the reviews before i purchased. they are having a buy one get one free now and when i placed my order i paid for priority shipping of $14, which in the chat i was told 2-4 business days. when i got the confirmation email, i only seen that there was only 1 item in the confirmation and it say 7-14 business days for process and other 4-7 business days for priority shipping. so i went back to the chat and they told me my items aren't in stock and there"s a glitch in their system and i wont be getting my priority shipping after all and will have to get regular shipping. im soooo upset. i told them i want a refund and they said they dont cancel orders or give refunds. i only wish i had read the reviews first. i shouldnt knows something was wrong because their website was moving very slow and my internet is fast on every other website. never again. now im out $100. now lets see how long it takes them to send my items if they even send it.

this is a scam - I have not received a product and it has been 3 weeks they refuse to refund over $200 purchase

Dont waste your money. I've been waiting 2 months for my order to show up and nothing. Talking to them is a waste of time they tell you it will ship and to wait. I said I wanted a refund and to cancel my order was told they are not aloud to. This company only repeats its self in emails and live chat and theirs no answer when you call.

I order 2 items on Dec 28th, they took my money, sent me an email stating my order will ship in 7 to 10 days and never received a damn thing. After 3 weeks I called only to be told they didnt have the items I order and could not tell me when I would get them. I tried to cancel my order only to be told they dont refund or cancel orders. I pointed out they took my money for products they dont have and the very RUDE Rep told me there is nothing they can do and hung up on me! What kind of Business takes payment for items they dont have and doesn't even bother telling the Customer that they dont have it???? Then sticks it to the Customer even more by telling them too bad we wont give you your money back? I have filed a Complaint on the BBB and with the Attorney General. As of March 18 I still have not received my items.

Didn't receive item all together, which wouldn't normally be an issue except for the first item came a MONTH after i ordered it and the 2nd item a MONTH after that! Extremely small - made from crap material and NOT EVEN A PEE HOLE! even the packaging is low rent, looks like it got drop shipped straight from China or Mexico. No one answers the phone EVER. When I finally tried to return the items, they said it had been over 30 days...but IT TOOK 30 DAYS TO GET IT! I did not purchase from the amazon store however, i bought directly from the website, but this company sucks and I told them that I would make sure to leave an awful review anywhere that i can. Not even worth the 1 forced star, out $130 for nothing.

I'm so disappointed to read these you give companies the benefit of the doubt and this is what happens. All I can say is karma will come back to them. I'm going to accept I'll never receive my item I ordered or my money I paid for that item.

This company takes images from other waist training buisnesses and uses them on their website as their own. I cannot imagine buying a product from a company that wont even market their own products.

I hadnt read the reviews as I was recommended to buy a waistshaper from this company. However when i ordered this, the company did not send it in the time scales as per their website. As i needed this for my wedding dress fitting i had to buy one from the highstreet shops. I asked them to cancel my order as they kept saying they had shipping delays etc. They completely refused to give my money back despite them not sticking to their timescales. Miraculously they then happened to havw it in stick and shipped it out when immediately but was still too late for my fitting. This then imposed an additional charge via dhl. I then took this to my credit card company who asked me to send it back to them and they then refunded me this amount. However when they tried to claim the money back from the company, the company sent me a credit note which i could only spend on their website. Unfortunately my credit card company charged me for this again. I have had no choice but to spend my money with them. I saw the buy 1 get 1 free and bought 2 dresses (which are not the best quality when you look at what they charge you). They sent me 2 dresses instead of 4- guess what another shipment issue. This has been going on for over a month since placing my order. It is just ridiculous- i would stay well away from this company or you are letting yourself in for a nightmare!! Can't wait for my issue to be resolved!
