Did not receive my items after payment and no reply at all from them after email them 100 times.. order #353217 since feb 2022, 7 months no reply, no item , no refund

I am being completely ignored after reaching out multiple times about an order that was supposed to be here months ago and I just never got but they already took my money

I ordered a zip up corset on 6/13, through Klarna. I received it on 6/29.

It smells like rubber and cheaply made and it is too small. I have worn a sz 2x for years and is what I ordered. I wear a sz 10 and L. It wouldn't even almost fit. It is a joke.

I reached out to customer service over 4 times now and no response. I canceled through Klarna so they don't receive anymore payments. My next step is to my local Attorney General's office and the Better Business Bureau. I don't play these type of games.

All the good reviews are fake.

I was recommended this company by a friend who ordered a waist trainer so I put in my order in November...months went by without my order. I emailed them and received an email saying there was a delay in production but I should receive my order within 10 business days. No surprise..I never received my order and when I emailed to request my refund I am simply ignored. No one emails me back or answers the phone. Complete scam!! I lost out on $100...never order anything from this company!

Had to file a complain to receive my order after 2 months of ordering

I ordered in November 2019. Tried to contact them and was able to get an answer in March that due to covid 19 they were late in their orders. Unbelievable. They had full four months before limitations from covid. I keep reaching through emails but no answers whatsoever. There’s no way to dispute after such a long time. Run from this company.

Never received my order!

£65 paid back in November 2019 and still no product. Emailed several times and just got emails saying there were delays and no refunds allowed. Tried to reach out to them on Instagram and they blocked me! Avoid- scam company! I am now seeking to get my money back via my bank.

Never received my deliver. No customer service. Called the phone number to ask if my order ever went out for delivery but the phone number was busy. Never got through. Went online to contact customers service and never got a reply. They took 78.00 dollars out of my account and never gave me a refund or responded to any of my emails. How are still in business? I looked for reviews on their website.. nope no way to connect with the company or see if they're legitimate. Don't us this website they'll take you money and you'll never get your items.

THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I still have not received my order that I ordered from last year. Nor have they refunded my money and its been more than 6months. DHL, FEDEX and other courier services are up an running now, and still they can send my order.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

I have now successfully gotten their fraudulent website removed from several installment payment apps, they will no longer be advertising or dealing in their fraudulent mess, they are now aware of what is going on, stay woke!

I put in my order the 2th or 3th of july 2019! Still not received my order. Everytime they answer my mail, it seems like ut on auto reply with "Dear Customer,
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our shipment delay has cause you. Unfortunately we are experiencing an extended delay due to the approaching holidays and weather conditions . As of right now we do not have an exact estimated arrival time for our shipment. We will be receiving update in regards to our estimated arrival within the next 10 business days. We will guarantee your orders will be shipped priority as soon as our shipment does arrive. Any new update we will make sure to share with you via email.
Thank you."
I have demanded my money back As well and still that same answer! A friend of mine also from Norway received at least 2 order just weeks before my payment!
I am so angry! I paid close up to 100$ for two items!!

Scam all the way! Its been a year since I placed my order. But stupid me for falling for this company. They are full of excuses and I don't think I'll be receiving anything from them. Very dissapointed!! Feel bad for everyone. Karma does exsist!

This company is a scam! I would give ZERO stars!
I filed a complaint with the BBB: complaint#14182695 over a month ago and they still have not addressed my complaint.
I ordered two separate orders Order # 344007 on December 8, 2019 for Valentina Side Zipper Lace Hem Pants Body Shaper Corset in Black SKU LB4642-B and Order # 344056 which was to included an additional shaper of the same product for free (I was to receive 2 Valentina Side Zipper Lace Hem Pants Body Shaper Corset one in Black and one in nude SKU LB4642-B) and a 14 day Organic Waistox Teatoxon and on December 10, 2019 for for Valentina Side Zipper Lace Hem Pants Body Shaper Corset in Black SKU LB4642-B and Order # 344056 which was to included an additional shaper of the same product for free (I was to receive 2 Valentina Side Zipper Lace Hem Pants Body Shaper Corset two in Black on this order SKU LB4642-B) and a 14 day Organic Waistox Teatoxon. 7 to 10 day shipping I am now on four months. I have emailed and received one response as the other complainants about the items being on back order and I will be notified as soon as they are shipped overnight to the shipping address on file.

Scam. Never recieved. They stole my money and blocked my email.

I ordered in June 2019, it is now February 2020 and I have had excuses of it’s not in stock And then not enough staff to fulfil orders. Tried to email again and I have been blocked! Do not use, I’ve lost nearly £100 and no way to get it back. I’ve asked for different items and a refund but just get excuses.

Scam!!! Made an order back in nov 2019. It said wait 10 days to receive your order. After the 10 days I emailed for an update. They replied it will take an additional 10 days. After 1 1/2 months I reported them to BBB. And they replied to me due to the holidays my order is on back order and will take an additional 10 days... WHAT HOLIDAY???? I ordered it BEFORE any holidays. Don’t order from them unless you like to give your money away. They need to be shut down! And a lawsuit needs to come out of it.

I had placed my order on July of 2019 and I have not received my products. I have tried to contact them and email them. This is their response:

THIS COMPANY WAISTSHAPERZ IS A TOTALL SCAM!!! I MADE AN ORDER BACK IN NOVEMBER 2019 AND NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! I CALLED THE PATHETIC 1-800 NUMBER, NO ONE EVER ANSWERED. I SENT SEVERAL EMAILS AND DIDN'T GET A RESPONSE. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AFTER THEY SENT A SO CALLED ORDER NUMBER WHICH MEANS NOTHING, BEING THAT THEY ALREADY HAVE YOUR MONEY!!! WE MUST SHUT THIS COMPANY DOWN FAST SO THEY WANT CONTINUE TO SCAM HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT OF THIER MONEY!!
