I've repeatedly been sent the same toys…

I've repeatedly been sent the same toys yet I have 2 different subscription. Ones a puppy box the other is energy one. Either way the toys that are tough are just lumps of plastic that my dog has no desire to play with and my pup has destroyed everything in her box. I'm up for 90 dollars a month for 12 months and I'm so unhappy. My dogs are happy for 5 minutes then they are despondent as they had all the toys before. I don't how often I've sown up there toys cause they wrecked them the same day they got them. For 45 dollars I could go and get the same quality from the reject shop or Kmart or TEMU and make my own boxes up for half the price. I wanted to support this Australian company but after receiving so many of the same toys I know my dogs aren't even on a list so they don't double up. Don't sub with these people. When times are as tough as they are now, I cried after my 3rd box. I felt like such a bad mum when my baby's were do happy to get there boxes to see the same toys they've already got. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed I fell for their BS website. I should of checked reviews and I wouldn't be so miserable and feel like I've let my baby's down..

Predatory practices and low value items

Got 2 boxes, first was an Easter box, second was a "spooky" theme. Was unhappy with the Easter box, but as it was the first order, thought perhaps it was a fluke. First box had 3 treats (valued under $15), a bow-tie and a hard, plastic rabbit my dog does not like.

Changed the subscription to an "Active box" which was more expensive but said 2 toys and 3 snacks. Again, less than $15 worth of snacks (5 chicken feet, some dried bits I can't get a single dog to eat, and a bit of kangaroos spine) along with a rubber sugar skull that decidedly is not a $30 toy.

First they told me (in nice big bold text) that I could not cancel the box because I had signed up for 6 months. I then repeated that no, I would be cancelling the box. This then turned into 3 days, at least 20 emails and an incredibly, incredibly unhappy ex-customer.

Perhaps if you spent a little more time actually building a decent box, with decent toys and snacks in them, instead of arguing back and forth to try and force somebody to continue to fork over for this absolute junk of a thing, or yknow, training your staff not to be rude, you might have a better outcome.

Will be telling every client and connection I have to stay well away from Waggly, and just how predatory they are

Waggly club - What a rip-off

What a rip-off. If this company dedicated my time on considering suitable, affordable products and less time writing their own reviews on every review platform perhaps the items they sent would justify the glowing reviews I read. Being suckered into a 6month subscription was a waste of money. A lot of the treats were unsuitable and the power chewer toys were extremely hard resin/plastic that my dog swallowed small pieces of while chewing. The large dried meat items contained bones that I was advised by my vet not to feed my dog so I gave them away. When I downgraded to the power chewer toy only box for $35/month it contained 1plastic toy. The final box contained 1 flat plastic toy in the shape of a rabbit approximately 15mm thick. My dog is unable to pick it up with his mouth so requires it to be handed to him. After 5 minutes of struggling to chew it, he lost interest completely. Avoid this company or waste your money.

Expensive & can’t cancel

Very expensive for what you get (2 tiny toys, 2 bags of treats for $49 a month). Sounded like a great idea so signed up for 6 months (it was cheaper to do it that way). Tried to cancel the subscription after telling them I’m disappointed with the contents for the price but told it’s not possible. Avoid.
