DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!! Very hard to unsubscribe from, and when told you are unable to, you are not given a reason why. Very unhelpful customer service.

Got stuck into a 12 month contract with Waggly Club after receiving 2 free boxes with a promo code, tried to cancel a month later and they refused any cancellation. 5 months later I’ve tried again to cancel after they overdrew my bank account and I emailed saying that I cannot afford the subscription and they yet again refused to let me cancel my subscription

This is a very thoughtful company. They put real care in selecting dog toys and gifts. Every item is of the best quality. I plan to give a friend a subscription as a birthday gift next month. She has 2 Havanese and they are always going through toys like crazy.

Waggly is an amazing box for my 2 dogs, they absolutely love the treats and toys they get every month. I have 2 boxes delivered every month for them and they always get so excited when it comes
The staff is also so helpful and friendly when I seek advice and help from them

Wagglyclub sells themselves as a tailored pet subscription box but their products are generic and one-size-fits-all. Everything to do with Wagglyclub has been a joke, from ant-riddled treats on my first delivery, to unsafe treats and toys for my small dog. Would not recommend using Wagglyclub!

Total rip off- at $50 you would be LUCKY to get $25 worth of things - and poor cheap and crappy quality at that… all the treats are also waggly branded .. and their toys. Do yourself a favour and don’t subscribe!

They make it impossible to cancel your account. They don't respond to emails. The product is good, but if you want to cancel... good luck.

My doggy loves receiving her box every month. I have a video of her wanting to open it. It’s so adorable

I subscribed because they had a deal on where you got a free calming dog bed and they had it in a colour that matched my decor - this was extremely important to me. I figured even if the box was crap, the bed was the right colour and I was happy to pay the 6 month subscription just for that.
They sent me a completely different coloured bed, and I have now wasted so much time going back and forth with them trying to rectify it. The bed is very large and they want me to organise (aka pay) for materials to pack it and return it in - when it was their mistake to start with! Their most recent suggestion is to go to Australia post and see if they have free packaging for returns - I laughed out loud at this. I have asked to cancel my subscription which they have ignored (and seems to be a common issue based on reviews - wish I had read those sooner!). Its just been a giant waste of time and money, with very poor responses from their team. To be fair, they are paying the return shipping fee (its their mistake so I would be dying if they wanted me to pay this!). They also did say I could send it back in garbage bags or wrapped in plastic, but the bed is literally HUGE, it doesnt fit in garbage bags - it needs to be vacuum sealed to be returned and I dont have facilities to do that and am certainly not buying materials to do that to fix their mistake. Also FYI the stuff in the box is mediocre at best, unless they have a bonus deal on that you are keen on, I wouldnt bother - although that clearly didnt work out for me either. I have zero faith in this company resolving this and have just paid $270 for a bed that I dont want and is not what I signed up for. Waiting to hear back from fair trading.

You are unable to cancel, pause or really do anything through their website which is absolutely ridiculous. I do agree with the other reviews. It is not worth the price.

Very expensive for what you get (2 tiny toys, 2 bags of treats for $49 a month).Tried to cancel the subscription after telling them I’m disappointed with the contents for the price but told it’s not possible. Avoid.

Got suckered into ordering a box for my small dog. Despite noting the size of my dog, all the toys provided were unsuitable for her size (apparently they have a one size fits all approach?!!) and when I asked for exchanges, it was refused and said "we will take on your feedback with the design team" bla bla bla. Atrocious customer "service".

Stay clear! Trying to cancel my subscription is an absolute joke. They sent me an email saying they couldn't take out a payment so please press on this link to update details. I tried to tell them several times how can I update my banking details when there is nothing to update. Just stay clear.

If I could give 0 I would. Terrible products and dangerous treats (my adult Rotti choked and spluttered on a tiny sharp piece of roo jerky!)
Customer service is atrocious and I have reported them to ACCC as a subscription cannot be canceled without penalty. I don’t want their products and they want me to pay an egregious amount to cancel with nothing in return!
Hopeless. Steer clear
