Brilliant customer service

Gave expert advice after my EV Charger suppler tried to get me to buy a new charger at over £600 when the one they installed 4 years ago failed.
Joe advised that in all probability the circuit breaker was at fault and obviously replacing that would save the best part of that cost.
He gave this advice without benefit of securing my business and without trying to “hard sell” me a new charger. A rare gem in today’s world, well done Joe and thanks so much!

Customer service went above and beyond until 11pm on Saturday evening helping to get my smart charging up and running. Additionally, they were financially the most prudent, had the quickest install times, and did everything they said, when they said they would. They undercut my local electrician by £600 !
I didn't think this sort of service existed any longer. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Everything went through very smoothly. Spoke to a very lovely gentleman called moss who filed out a form that my landlord required in order for a charger to be fitted. very happy with the service provided. Will defiantly reccommend to anyone who is looking for an EV charger fitting.

Most unreliable charger I’ve come across. 18 months of constant hassle and not one engineer has called out. Don’t buy this product.

Great service fast and efficient and reasonable price too

Through every stage of the process, waEV were fantastic. From the first explanation of their service and costings to the excellent fitters, there were no dramas and all work has been carried out to the highest of standards. Very highly recommended.

Friendly installers, professional and got the job done in around 1h30 which was great!

The service was great from enquiry through to the install. The groundworks was completed exactly when advised and Electrician came to connect and fot the charger immediately. Everything was completed very promptly. Couldn't be happier with install.

I had a very positive experience. It was easy to order, and it all happened quickly and smoothly.

The electrician arrived at the time specified and carried out the work quickly (about 90 minutes) and, as far as I can tell, efficiently.
He put the charger exactly where I had asked him to and created very little mess. He also gave a good explanation about how it and the App. worked and told me I could text him if I had any problems.
As I have yet to take delivery of an EV I can only assume that everything will work when I do!

Josh who came to install EV Charger was brilliant, down to earth easy to talk to. Explained how to use it & what to do next.
Also i only done survey part over weekend & got call on monday morning to say they will be fitting the next day excellent service all round.
Would definitely recommend waEV Charge to anyone thinking of getting EV Charger installed & price very reasonable 5 star rating from me.

Ordered my charger through the website, took a week to arrive which was fair enough, was asked to provide my own survey of the property.
upon the installation date was told I needed further electrical work done on the property for them to install. easy enough, got that sorted.
After that I made 4 separate attempts to contact them to discuss installation dates, the first time by phone call I was told "were very busy, well get round to you when we can", the second phone call I was told I would be contacted by the installation team to organise a date. 2 further emails and a grand total of 3 and a half weeks after first contact to re-organise installation and I have still had no contact from waEV, a total of 3 months from first order is not acceptable service. I have spoken to a private installer and will be going through them.

I cannot comment on the product, however the service and communication is the worst I have ever received, I would encourage everyone to avoid dealing with this company like the plague.

I have had a satisfactory resolution to this problem, I received a call from Elliot following my review and was informed of internal communication issued due to technical difficulties. I have also received remuneration for the inconveniences caused by the delays.

I would like to thank Elliot for his assistance in getting a swift resolution to the issue and for his encouragement in requesting further assistance with the use of the product if it is needed.

I will be keeping the review as 1 star for clarity purposes however would like to retract my statement of discouragement from using the company. However I would encourage future customer to be more active in chasing the company if they are having similar issues, especially if they are mainly communicating through a subsidiary.

From first phone call to completion five days , unbelievable , fantastic service fitter was very informative, phoned to change charger day before fitting nothing was a problem over the moon with the level of service , would recommend to everyone . Five star service

Excellent service!

Everything was done online and a fairly straightforward process. Submitted all my details online and installation was booked within 7 days. The engineer done a fantastic job and I am very pleased.
