We take allegations like this seriously, but we are unable to verify this reviewer as the booking holder or as an identifiable participant in any booking made with VoyaHire.
The review does not include a booking reference, payment details, journey date, or any information that would allow us to match the reviewer to a transaction. We have checked our records and the only booking that could reasonably relate to the timeframe referenced was confirmed on 20 December 2025 under a different name.

Voyahire provided a great service
Voyahire provided a great service to London and back recently in one of their executive vehicles. They accommodated last minute changes and got us to our destination and back home in a timely manner. Only reason its not 5* is the vehicle interior was dirty when boarding and the driver seemed a bit erratic. but all in all a great experience and will certainly consider using again

Will definitely use this company again
The company was fantastic with following up with us the day before the pick up to confirm. I had 3 separate pick ups scheduled and each time they checked in the day prior. They are responsive with calls and texts. All drivers were early (not just on time) professional and friendly.

VoyaHire provided 2 vans with 2 drivers…
VoyaHire provided 2 vans with 2 drivers to provide transfer service for 19 of us from Heathrow airport to central London hotel and then from hotel to Southampton cruise terminal and finally from cruise terminal to airport again. They were on time and help us with our luggage. They are friendly and reliable. The only minor issue is we were not assigned with the drivers until a day before pickup. The drivers did not receive us at the passenger pickup. We had to look for them in the parking lot. To us new to the airport, it created a little chaos for us running around looking for the drivers.

Excellent service..we had to change our collection time twice due to ferry times and they had no problem.Left a speaker on the bus and speaker was returned to us on our way home. Would highly recommend.
