I mistakenly ordered and paid for a voucher for the wrong person. I rang Voucher Express to cancel but they were closed, so I emailed. Later that evening Kaye Tinsley contacted me to say that she had cancelled the order and fully refunded me - I was pleasantly surprised as it was very unexpected - at best I thought I would only be given a credit for the amount already paid.
