I have recently purchased a cook-key to pair it with my TM5.
The Cook-Key connects to my WiFi, but it only synced the first time, then it stopped syncing.
I have contacted customer service and spoke to M***, who in a precise sequence:
- blamed it on me as I'm an attempt to make it work I disconnected the Cook-Key from the original account and connected it to a new account.
- then blamed it the " activation limit", when I asked to elaborate on that on how to sort that,.they did not reply it the question.
- after me making more attempts and proving again details I provided in my very first messaged, the customer service advisor said that it could be a faulty cook-key so I should have bought a new one for £79
-when I explained it was purchased less that 30 days ago, and was indeed within 2 weeks from our base they simply, it should have been raised with the purchaser (so I should raise it to my self).
- I requested to escalate the matter as a formal complaint, again request was not addressed, no reply provided
I am honestly speechless, I should I thought twice before buying the Cook-Key as it's been just £79 donated to Vorwerk that is via their customer service refusing to help.

I had a death in the family and emailed them if i could miss one payment due to situation and all money going towards that. They took so long getting back to me they took the payment messing up funeral plans and all i got was. Youve paid it thank you. Once paid off never dealing with this company again

I have Termomix TM6 for one year, and itself it not bad if you always connected to cookido app that you need to pay £50. I already spend a lot money for machine and even basic recipes that must be already in program - doesn't work without cookido app. Book that comes with machine is completely useless, has just pictures not recipes with steps. Very disappointed with this. Best machine was TM31 manual one that was with books, and you could use recepi on any steps of cooking and control what you cook.

I have been a loyal Thermomix user for years and always associated the brand with premium quality, safety and reliability, which is why my recent experience has been very disappointing.
While preparing an official Cookidoo soup recipe (“Cream Soup from Leftover Vegetables”), part of my mixing bowl assembly melted during the automated blending process. The machine was used exactly as guided by the recipe. What concerns me most is that this happened during normal operation while blending hot soup — something Thermomix is specifically designed to do.
I appreciate that my TM6 is now outside of warranty, however I do not believe melted plastic components during standard guided cooking should simply be considered “wear and tear”.
One important point that seems to be overlooked is that Cookidoo recipes and blending behaviours have changed over time. Previously, users manually increased blending speed gradually from low speed to speed 10. Now the guided cooking mode automatically accelerates the blending process itself. I genuinely believe this change contributed to the damage.
I contacted customer service hoping for a goodwill review or at least recognition of the safety concern, especially as similar issues can be found discussed on Thermomix forums and Reddit. Unfortunately, the response focused purely on the machine age and paid repair options.
I understand warranties have limits, but for a premium appliance at this price point I expected more consideration when a component melts during normal guided use of an official recipe.
Very disappointed with how this case has been handled.

I had an issue with my TM7 and contacted customer service as the machine is still under warranty. Robert was extremely helpful, booked me in for a repair and sent me a machine on loan the next day, so I could continue to use my TM7. The repair took around 2 weeks, communication was efficient and prompt and I now have my TM7 back. :) Thank you Robert! You definitely delivered the 5 star service that Vorwerk promise when you buy TM7.

I recently contacted Thermomix customer service because the spatula that came with my new Thermomix was defective.
I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently my call was handled. Robert answered the phone and listened carefully to my issue. Within less than five minutes, he had arranged for a brand new replacement spatula to be sent to me completely free of charge. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process.
I was extremely impressed with both the speed and the quality of the service I received.

We met with Fethia and Shez yesterday for a demo of the marvellous Thermomix 7. We already knew about this device as our daughter has one, but we needed to know a little more in-depth knowledge about the device itself and also the ongoing support and developments before finally committing to purchase one.
All our concerns and questions were completely allayed by these friendly and knowledgable ladies and we had a very enjoyable session with them. The device itself, of course, sells itself - if you see it in action and have the whole process explained to you, then you'll want to buy one. But you need to have confidence that this brilliant device also has the backup and support to give you the confidence needed to justify the expense, and Fethia and Shez completely provided this.
Of course we bought a TM7 and we are not excitedly awaiting delivery. And also looking forward to meeting up with Fethia and Shez at their their cookery classes to further ensure that we gain the maximum benefit from our investment.

So very disappointed, have been trying for over a week, via demo request forms, on line chat and emails to get someone to contact me about purchasing the new Thermomix. But a week on and nothing. Clearly this company are not interested in new customers. I guess I will need to look for an alternative.

UPDATE: After asking for an escalation Vorwerk contacted me to replace the Thermomix Friend which I already received. Having said that they confirmed that if it breaks they wouldn’t provide technical support. Of course I am very happy with them replacing my device but my initial concern about support with discontinued items remains.
ORIGINAL: I bought a Thermomix and the Friend two and a half years ago and all of the sudden the Friend stopped working. I paid over £100 for an extended warranty for the whole pack (this was offered when I decided to pay for it) and now Customer Service is just saying they don’t cover the Friend. Of course I was really unhappy with the answer and asked how much was the cost of the repair. The outrageous answer is that they are not selling the Friend any more hence they are not repairing it, meaning that I need to put in the bin a device worth £244. My overall invoice at the time was £1300 and now I am worried that when they stop selling something you are just left on your own! So frustrated!!!!

I have always heard about the wonders of Thermomix, but I couldn't believe it to be such a life changer.
It is an amazing machine which has helped me in transforming food choices completely. Healthy meals are super easy, tasty and fast.
On the other end, the advisor experience wasn't a positive one. Workwek should properly check how they treat customers.

I sent a complaint about Spatula, that is damaged in quick time, after 15mins I recived answer from very helpful on of customer team - Robert - that I will get new one in 3 days. Very quick and easy service.
