The dryier came scratched and Tiedex held the transport company responsible. They gave me, in principle, the only option of returning it, with me paying the expense. I refused, so, after several emails in which I expressed my disagreement, they told me that they were going to consider financial compensation. This was in January; It's May and I'm still waiting.

Easy checkout and secure payment. I got what I paid for. And that's all I care about.

I am happy to inform you that my fridge order was delivered without any scratches. I really liked the clarity of the delivery updates. Everything is alright since I got it.

Tiedex provided us with great services. The company willing to go extra steps in helping to get shipping rate for our comparison. Very fast in arranging shipping for us. They even provided us with packaging condition to give us the assurance. Great company to work with.

I ordered a lawnmower, selected my shipping address (in Ireland, which added £29.99 to the cost) and received an order confirmation by email. The following day I got an email requesting an additional payment of £150. No explanation. I queried it and got no response, just an order cancellation. Also, when I ordered it, the item was clearly shown to be "In Stock". Their email requesting extra shipping money said that it wouldn't be shipped for another 30 days. Based on this experience and the dreadful customer service, I would recommend avoiding this company and going elsewhere.
Edit: The lawnmower weights 43.5kg per Hyundai - it could never be over 100kg as claimed by the seller. The fact remains their communication was awful. If a website requires an address to calculate shipping and then applies a shipping cost after you put the info in, then there is no reason to send a further shipping invoice without explanation. Poor business practice

The Rangemaster Pro 110 is a great cooker when it’s up and running. It cooks brilliantly, has plenty of space, and looks fantastic in the kitchen. Any issues we’ve had are being dealt with, and the support from Tiedex Limited has been reassuring. Overall, it’s a solid cooker with excellent cooking performance.

Ordered a MeacoCool dehumidifier from TieDex after seeing good reviews online. The item was dispatched quickly and arrived within 3 days from the order date, well packaged and brand new. I appreciated the updates by email and text, and the courier arrived exactly in the time slot given. The unit works perfectly and has already made a big difference in my home. We ordered a large garden shed from TieDex, and it arrived exactly when they said it would. The delivery came on a big truck due to the size, and the driver was very professional, helping us check everything before unloading. The shed was on a sturdy pallet, all panels clearly labelled and protected. No damage whatsoever. It’s great quality and looks fantastic assembled. TieDex’s logistics team deserve credit for the smooth process from order to delivery.

I bought a cooker from TieDex and had it shipped from the UK to Ireland. Delivery was quicker than expected — about 4 days total. The cooker was packaged extremely well and arrived in pristine condition. Communication was great all along; I received emails with tracking and delivery confirmation. The delivery team handled the item carefully, and the TieDex staff were very responsive to my questions. Excellent experience overall!

I was able to speak to a real person about my delivery to confirm a narrower window of time than I was first given, and then get the delivery drivers to come back when I'd failed to hear them knocking from the next room. In an age of AI bots, it was a relief to have a human and helpful interaction!

The unit was delivered on a pallet, well protected with wrapping and corner guards. The driver was polite and even helped move it closer to my doorway. There were no scratches or dents, and the machine works perfectly.
