Excellent Product and Fantastic Customer Service with Diane
I had a wonderful experience with this company -I purchased one of their Vortex Turbo Jet Double Blow V2 units and loved it - somehow one of the inner blades broke and I contacted them. They sent me a replacement inner motor assembly to replace but I had extreme difficulty making the switch as it involved soldering the new connections and however i did it, the motor ran in reverse. I communicated with Diane who was incredible and in the end they sent me a brans new replacement unit -Excellent communication, response and very helpful
The product is very good but the aftercare customer service is amazing

It is great! Plugged it into my DeWalt Battery, it and turned it on, and sucked my shirt into the back of the blower, learning curve. This little powerhouse blew out the garage in a matter of minutes; it is as clean as it has ever been since we moved it 30 years ago. It IS expensive, you'll get over that in a New York minute when you start using this little gem. I am looking forward to drying the cars with it. When Minnesota gets warmer. That's why I bought it in the first place.

We have been using a traditional leaf…
We have been using a traditional leaf blower for many years. When we saw this, we jumped on the opportunity to be able to see if it would improve our time when it comes to yard cleanup. Easy to use handheld we were able to blow the leafs in our yard, clean out our gutters. We’ve even used it to dry off the cars after giving them a wash. We highly recommend.

Hands down best portable air blower on the market!
I needed something to remove dust from my tools, what was on the market was either too expensive or too big.
The Vortex turbo jet ticks so many boxes, its insanely powerful which i was not expecting! Its super lightweight and fits in my toolbag no problem.
Also I had a small issue but the customer service team (Diane) did an amazing job and was super helpful.
