Not really had long enough to truly test the fan out yet, but first impressions are great!
I wanted to write a review though to highlight the outstanding customer care I received (a special shout out to Demi in customer service!) There were issues with delivery - hugely let down by the courier service, but the Vortex Air customer service team went above and beyond to ensure this was corrected, taking time and going to a lot of effort to rectify things. Probably the best customer care I've experienced in years - thank you!

Received my Vortex Air Pro + in…
Received my Vortex Air Pro + in February so it was still chilly in the evening's, the Vortex air soon warmed up my sitting room and eleminated any cold spots with the osculating fan, so no need to put on the central heating.
Would recommed this product.

I could see the fan had been out of the box for some reason as the packaging had been broken, I’ve tried the fan and found it to work , I will have to try all operations.

Nice compact little heater
Nice compact little heater, lightweight so can be moved from room to room. Heats a small room up immediately & doesn’t take long for a bigger room. I’ve just bought a second for my caravan. The test will be if it manages to cool the van efficiently as caravans can be like greenhouses in hot weather.

I love my vortex unit, it's sleek and aestheticically pleasing. Feels well built and sturdy which is a good thing as my ferrets have taken a liking to getting a draft of cool air from it while taking a ride on the oscillating masterpiece!
Major bonus - I don't need to have the reflexes of a ninja to spare the fur balls getting wizzed by rotating bits moving at light speed, all thanks to the woosh of the blades design 😉
No complaints at this stage, i'm enjoying thoroughly. Cheers

The item is great and customer service is good my only complaint is it stated free next day delivery however I waited 6 days for mine. I emailed and was told it would be dispatched the same day but it wasn’t. Everything else was good and I’m happy with my item

Customer service at Vortex was great but the delivery was awful. They delivered to the wrong address then had no communication from the delivery company. Luckily Vortex had told me where it was delivered to so I could get it myself. Not what you expect when you are buying an expensive item. Can’t fault Vortex for their communication but DX express awful.
