I ordered 3 tops from Voorps. One of the tops did not fit properly. I wrote customer service at Voorps about returning the sweater, and they offered me $11 for a $52.99 sweater and to keep the item. Why would I keep a sweater that doesn't fit? If they want customers to continue to purchase from their company, they need to handle returns. Very disappointed in their customer service.

The clothes look great in the pictures.. I ordered 4 items.. the ad said Made in SC... after I ordered..I realized that that was not true. It is shipped from Singapore. I got worried that it is going to be garbage. It did take about a month to get. I will say that 3 out 4 are fantastic...one of the sweaters looked a bit cheap.
Overall- good but I wish they would be honest about where their stuff is being made.

The two sweaters I ordered and as expected. Good quality fabric, good fit and good looking! Shipping seemed a bit slow, but otherwise, I’m very happy with my order!

Took about 2 weeks to receive. I was so happy with my tops. Fit true to size material and quality beautiful

I ordered a size small in a knit top. It arrived 3 weeks later and was completely oversized…..more like a medium +. I wanted to exchange it for an extra small and their website said to contact their website for exchanges and returns.

That website does not exist and there is no way to contact them. This is definitely a scam company. Beware!!

I appreciated confirmation of order and shipping. The packaging of items was very good - kept them in good shape. The items are exactly as pictured and I LOVE them!! I am already thinking about what to order next!

Site gives conditions of returns.
Clothes were sized small and did not fit.
I met the conditions of the returns.
It was difficult to find a way to return the clothes, and was told that they would not take them back, but would give me $14 back of my $83 purchase. They wrote I "could keep the clothes."
I don't want the clothes! They don't fit!
They offered my $28.
This company is horrible. Do not do business with them.

Sweater is true to size. Very soft material. Can’t wait to wear it.

I found some unique tops. I purchased three tops.
Nice material and not cheap. Shipping took longer than what I thought it would.

I placed my first order and received two gorgeous sweaters! The price was reasonable, and the quality was over the top. Cannot wait to wear the sweaters, and will definetly be placing an order to give as gifts for the Holidays. Cheers!

Found company on Social Media ... was skeptical, but liked their selection. bottom line was I took the risk..there was some time in between the order placed and receiving.. great communication, refunded $ for an item unavailable, and items arrived as described. would order again
