They kept me informed about my order. My order was delivered within a short time. Love the fit of this dress!

False advertising. They say in add that they are made in USA but are not. Just a front for China sellers. Poor quality and long ship time.

It took a very long time to arrive but lovely items! Now waiting on how to return some items as this is not very clear.

My Package didn't get shipped for 2 weeks. refund only in US dollars - I lost because of exchange rate 5 Euro - had to pay 5 Euro more and got the refund in US Dollars instead of EURO! Lousy customer care.

Beware! This is a totally misleading website. Says clothing is made in USA, 2 weeks later I got a package from China. Items looked nothing like the pictures. Contacted customer service, only option is via email, and never heard back.

I am waiting for customer services to supply information on returning my order and after 4 emails still have not got .
I did get an offer to keep the dresses for 1/3 of the cost refund which I refused.
I still await a response to my email.

I loved the two dresses, they looked nice and are very comfortable, I definitely want more :)

The clothes are NOT made in South Carolina and shipped from the nearest warehouse as the website claims. They are made in and shipped from China. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place the order, and it will be weeks before you receive your order. The clothes are poorly constructed and cheap looking. Trying to return them will cost you more than you spent on them.

The sweaters are great, feel good and warm. Size is perfect and true to size

They advertise they are in South Carolina but apparently are in China. I placed an order which I never received because they left off half of my address. They refuse to refund my money. They say I provided the wrong address. Do not order from them. They are fraudulent and dishonest.

One item was not ready after more than 4 weeks, so I cancelled and they shipped the items that were ready. One item came unfinished. The whole hem was raw and unfinished. I wanted to return. I was told that return postage would be at my expense. Beware! Quality does not fit the cost, and if something is not right, be prepared to pay more to get it fixed.

Received within timeframe given when I ordered the shirts. Cute shirts, love the colors. Shirts do seem to run a little small.

Really high quality garments, good price, fast delivery and great true-to-size fit. This is my second order from the company and shipping was even faster this time. And it's all made in the U.S.A.; even better.

My in-laws ordered me a sweater I sent them a link for and they got scammed when ordering and had to cancel the debit card. Perhaps it was a 3rd party scam; sweater still came, but it was NOT the same sweater from site!!! Clearly a fake.

I purchased two items, neither of which was right, which arrived with no return instructions. Repeated messages to the company on their website have resulted in no response. What online retailer doesn't accept returns? This is infuriating.

Items are too big and I have had no resolution to my request to return or exchange. The ask me to take $15 to keep them, but that is not a resolution. After they ask that I have been unable to get a response to my request. Stay away fro this company! There is no customer service!!

Outstanding quality; I'm very pleased. Fabrics are soft and style is flattering:)
