Volumio is my go-to platform for easy and great sounding music. I love how I can utilize a single interface to get to all of my music sources with consistency throughout. Additionally, the low-power system produces amazing sound without any noticeable feedback/noise. I'm happy to support such a great platform!
Great experience with Volumio…
I have a Volumio Primo that needs some warranty work.
Davide from Volumio spent a significant amount of time with me via phone conference determining the problem. The result is that Volumio will send to me another unit. I am very pleased with the professionalism and ease under which this matter was handled.

Volumio Tech support rocks
The response from Volumio was, as always, helpful, accurate, and friendly.
I was surprised to have an issue—Volumio is more and more stable the longer I use it. But the response to my small issue was top-notch.
Volumio works great under the covers, but the UI could be better. It’s nothing that gets in the way of my pleasure in using it, however.

I had a subscription issue and Davide was able to quickly solve it. Great service and great software!
Very satisfied.
Working with Volumio for a longer period. I find it rather versatel and practical. By ordening your albums on a logical way for me the necessarity for the use Roon is absent. Bring in the correct album art is some work. Volumio is very stable.
The product is great
The product is great. They take a lot of care of every detail. It is a pleasure to use it.
Stunning audio quality
Stunning audio quality! The device looks great and it fits really well in my living room.
I appreciated the availability of many electrical plugs) so that no adapter is needed to power the device.

I have used Volumio in a Rapsberry Pi4 with homemade Basshut prototype and worked very well, powerful Hi-Fi in a minimal space and very easy and customizable User Interface of the Music player
Excellent experience
I am using the software on a Raspberry Pi and I'm finding it very user-friendly and functional. I have never dealt with technical problems, and I can thus confirm my full satisfaction about this service.
Awesome products!
Awesome products!
The one I like the most is Integro, I could replace my old rack of players and amplifier with a single compact device.
Works like a charm
I have actually wanted this service in my life for so long and I didn't know this product was on the market. It's been wonderful having music multicast in every room. I went with the 4 x DIY kits. It was fun setup, (a little hard at times but that was my lack of networking skills). But man the first time I could hear my records playing in every room at the house, it was such a happy moment for me. I did reach out to customer service to ask a silly question that I just overlooked the information in the setup guide, but customer service helped me right out and didn't make me feel stupid for asking such an easy question.

I really enjoy using the Volumio software on my Raspberry Pi and external DAC. It's a fun DIY project and a great way to get into streaming :)
I am using the software on a Raspberry…
I am using the software on a Raspberry Pi with an external DAC and I'm loving it. It's a great way to play music from my local storage as well as Spotify, Qobuz and web radio.
Terrible piece of software
Absolute broken and useless software. Music pauses every three seconds or just quits. Connection in never found in a single try. 9 out of 10 times there is something wrong with it. Takes all the pleasure out of the listening experience. I would advice to stay far far away from volumio.
Volumio gives new life to old amps.
My Volumio was bought to give a new lease of life to my home HiFi system - Cambridge Audio One and even older Ruark floor standers. The Cambridge One worked perfectly but lacked Internet radio (FM feels
increasingly limited). I wanted to put all my CDs onto a NAS server to allow easy access. (I had planned for a home SONOS system but after owning a SONOS one for a year found it too unreliable to want to invest any further). After googling I stumbled across Volumio which appeared to be a cheap way of adding all the features I needed. I already had a Rasberry Pi so pretty much all that was required was a DAC & memory card. Volumio provide excellent instructions on the installation so it was a fairly easy install. Amazingly their system is completely free (they must make their money out of finished products). The Volumio unit simply plugs into one of the spare phono inputs on my Cambridge Amp and allows me to browse and play music from my network server where I've loaded all my CDs (courtesy of Itunes). The Volumio interface has a web based system so I can access from both my phone and laptop. The web interface is rather well done and makes the SONOS offering look very poor by comparison. My daughter has discovered she can play Youtube music from her Ipad - no idea how she does it but she's happy.
In brief - Easy way of adding Internet radio & server music streaming from a server.
Pros: cheap
Attractive web based controls.
Reliable connectivity.
Potentially very flexible for those with the skill.
Cons: - DIY product for those that dislike DIY
Sound quality OK
Update: Changed my Amp to an old Pioneer SA-400 amp. Really works well with my Volumio plus a rotary switch makes changing from vinyl to Volumio to TV sound. Just about perfect. My SONOT system has got even worse and barely usable these days - what a total waste of money.
It's about ALLO usbBridge GUI crash…
It's about ALLO usbBridge GUI crash most of the time, The support doesn't have clue about the issue and if you wanna have n less than average quality you have to pay extra , it got nothing to do with audiophile quality , roon bridge quality is only CD , even mp3 files are up sampled to CD , I just used it for one month and then through away it away (200€ in garbage) , they just have great publicity to make believe they are selling audiophile quality software and units
Works with little technical knowledge
I just wanted a player for my digital music collection, and this player does the trick: volumio.org /product/iqaudio-pi-dac-bundle/. It is a Raspberry Pi with a sound card on top from IQaudIO. It was the first Raspberry Pi experience for me and it went fairly smoothly.
Here are a few little points that weren’t clear to me or didn’t work when I got it:
– the case that was delivered had a piece missing. I was sent another case as soon as I complained about it. Thank you.
– I expected the Volumio operating system to be pre-installed on the flash card in the bundle. When I put it in, nothing happened, so I downloaded it from the website, following their easy instructions and put it on the card myself now it worked. That step might be a bit intimidating for someone who isn't comfortable with installing stuff...
– careful with the WiFi: when I entered a wrong password, I didn’t know how to get back into the system… So instead of digging through the configurations I just reset the flash card again.
– Now that it's all up and running, I realise that buttons would be great on my Raspberry Pi. If you don’t want to have it running constantly, you have to shut down and turn off on the socket switch (luckily UK sockets have them).
I like the fact that if I ever feel I don’t need the music system anymore, I can still use the Raspberry part for something else – or if I feel the lack of a button is too annoying, I could look into tinkering around with all the Raspberry accessories that are available…
I’m happy with the product and enjoyed the sense of being able to successfully assemble electronics without having to know everything and without having buy a full soldering kit…
