After many years of excellent service it is now very clear that the wheels have fallen off at this place. In the old days there were two girls on reception who were polite, friendly and knowledgeable with superb communication skills and who were the epitome of customer service. Nowadays their successors spend most of their time slumped in chairs with a reluctance to help. Also noticeable is the turnaround of staff, each time we visit we're usually faced with someone we don't recognise (and this isn't where they're expanding, it's where they're replacing!). On the last but one occasion the whole experience with them was so bad they even offered us a free service on our next visit (which we won't be taking them up on). The husband and wife owners are lovely people but we're now afraid to say that after several recent failed attempts to redeem themselves we have decided to take our business elsewhere, with the attitude that wherever we go, they cannot be as bad as this place!

DO YOURSELVES A FAVOUR AND SHOP ELSEWHERE - THIS OUTFIT HAS GONE TO THE DOGS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

What a waste of time and money,I booked my vw multivan for a diagnostic and repair and mentioned the problem car wasn’t driving I have to bring on recovery done the diagnostic then they can’t repair it very surprised as a specialist garage of Volkswagen that can’t repair end up getting the recovery again so costed me £153 for the diagnostic and the recovery go and back cost of £230 that’s I’m not happy with service at all

Fantastic experience with Volks Autos. From start to finish they were great to deal with, especially Matt, who was patient and professional throughout the whole process. He dealt directly with my warranty company and kept me updated at all times, which made everything completely stress-free. I’ll definitely be using Volks Autos for anything my car needs going forward and would highly recommend them.
