Great 1st experience with Volcano
Efficient customer service when I had a query re delivery and so far I've just tried the Mount blend of the sample pack and it is delicious (I drink it as a flat white). The Volcano coffee clips I ordered are ideal for sealing the bags too.

The coffee is lovely
The coffee is lovely, we’re really enjoying it the moment but the only grip is that we ordered a 1kg bag but their packaging isn’t resealable annoyingly. When we’ve used other brand we always got resealable packaging especially with the 1kg bags.

We decided to opt out of having resealable functionality on our bags to save on the extra plastic that came with it, which was surprisingly a lot! We did however decide at the same time to stock storage tins which you can store your coffee in as well as a reusable clip to keep the bag sealed. We roast on a Loring roaster which uses hot air convection to roast the coffee, this has the benefit of slowing the ageing process and extending the life of the coffee significantly and the coffee ages extremely well compared to other roasters. Typically, the coffee you receive will have been roasted that week or the week prior and in our experience the optimal period to consume our coffee is from 1 week after roasting date to about 5 weeks after the roast date although we think it can still taste great after this if stored properly.
Just to give you a little insight into how we roast, pack and ship. Great to hear you are enjoying our coffees :-)

Website was easy to navigate and use. Loved the NZ backstory video. Coffee arrived in 2 days and was in the grinder shortly after. I ordered “The Mount” and it is delicious. A little bit of home here in the south of England. Chur!

Good product, good support
I ordered a Sage Bambino coffee machine with a free five month coffee subscription and I've been really pleased with the results. I have been receiving the Sombra coffee, and whilst I was initially unsure if I liked it, the team and Volcano helped me to dial in the grind size and dosage and now I love it.
