Adam did a level 2 survey for our new home within a week of us requesting this and we had the report the following day. The report was very comprehensive, easy to read and helpful for us to know the areas in which our future home will need to be developed. We had a couple of questions about the report and Adam came back to us quickly with clarification.
The current owner of our new home said Adam was very professional and did such a good job they will look to use him on their future property too.
Highly recommend this company!

RICS Home buyers survey L3
I reached out to Adam in urgent need of a home buyers survey for a property I am purchasing. Property needs a lot of refurbishment and I needed the survey doing quite quickly. Adam liaised with the estate agents and we managed to get the survey done within a week. Having relatively little refurbishing experience, Adam talked me through the full report and gave me a great insight into the information I really needed. He made it extremely easy to understand and I liked his common sense approach to explaining the reasonings around the different findings on the survey. Can’t thank Adam enough for his service and will 100% be using him again.
