Volkera’s engineer - Chris - visited my apartment and spent hours getting his assessment right. He was rigorous, methodical, and his attention to detail was second to none. He was very focused on getting my heating system up and running, and really went above and beyond the call of duty. I would have no hesitation in recommending Volkera, and Chris, to anyone. A great service, and well worth the 5 stars.

Chris called , as arranged, to fix my boiler yesterday.
He was most efficient and had the system up and running in no time at all. In addition, he gave very useful information on the efficient use of the boiler and the radiator service to improve the heating throughout the house. I have no hesitation in recommending Vokera and their super staff to aspiring clients.

I chose Vokera to repair my Vokera boiler following a series of failed attempts by other boiler maintenance people.

I was pleased with the structured professional approach taken by the company particularly Margaret in the office and Phil, the engineer that performed the work.

Chris fixed our boiled last week and it's as good as new ever since. Chris fixed it no time at all, he figured out what the problem straight away,showed us what the issue was and replaced the part. He was friendly, quick and very professional. A job very well done and I'll get him back in the future without hesitation.

I had Dan from Volkera today to service and fix my boiler. He rang me and gave 2 hours notice of when he would arrive.
He was very neat in his appearance and very courteous.
He fixed everything and I would be very happy to have him service the boiler again

Very satisfied with the professional service provided by Chris for my annual service. He was punctual and very polite in his manner. He explained the procedure to me very well and he offered me some useful advice for boiler upkeep.

Such a positive experience dealing with Anita on the phone - she knew so much I almost asked her to come out to attend to my boiler issue. Boiler expert Brian Tyndall then came out and was impressively diligent. He sorted out all the various issues I was having and really went that extra mile as I had quite a lot of queries. Everything has been left in perfect order and it was all handled efficiently and pleasantly.

I have had to contact Vokera a number of times in the last two weeks in relation to boiler issues and I have been very impressed and pleased with the level of service that I have received, both from their office team (Danielle) and their service engineers (Brian). They were attentive, professional, friendly and both very good at their jobs - I felt they both went above and beyond their duty to ensure that I was being looked after - and for that I’m very grateful and would recommend.

At every point Vokera staff pulled out all the stops to get our hot water and heating system quickly back up and running. We have a special needs child and life without running hot water was extremely difficult. Danielle and Mary in the bookings office worked hard to get an engineer to us quickly. Then Michael the engineer was excellent and extremely thorough. It made all the difference to have a Vokera specialist engineer to fix and service our boiler system. Very impressed by the quality of the service.

Delighted to see Brian return to service our boiler this year - very personable and professional - outlining gentle improvements we will now consider. Anita and Danielle on the admin side ensured everything was well organised. Highly recommended !

I recently contacted Volkera Ireland as my boiler which is just 3 years old this month is leaking water. My house is a new build. I found Danielle very unhelpful.
I was asked to email my service records for past 3 years. As I couldn’t find the record for 2018. I was advised my boiler is not covered under guarantee. I do have a certificate on the boiler stamped but that wasn’t enough. After requesting numerous times could a plumber call out to fix the leak, reluctantly Danielle advised me the price would be 190€ plus parts labour and the earliest service would be mid November.

To me that is no customer service. Also no reason for the boiler to be leaking water as it’s so new.

Giving the fact that I have a certificate for 2019 and the boiler itself it stamped for the past 3 years I feel I have being treated disgracefully. This company only interest is to sell you a product that is not fit for purpose and they will not stand over any warranty or guarantee.

Very happy with our experience, from the admin to the repair. Repairman punctual and fixed the problem with a professional and friendly approach.
