Got a service repair on our gas boiler with Brian Tyndall. Very helpful. Sorted all of the issues. Will 100% use again.

Very helpful and friendly customer service, which is always a good sign when dealing with any company. Engineer arrived Gary was his name, very pleasant man and dealt with the issue very quickly and gave some very good advice for ensuring the system continues to run smoothly. Very professional.

I have been a customer of Vokera, now Viridus Energy, for over a decade. The staff, from Margaret, who takes the boiler service appointment, to Niall, the service technician, are superb to deal with. Immensely courteous at all times.

Niall, the technician, is always punctual, extremely efficient in servicing the gas boiler, with an amazing attention to detail.

We were experiencing a major reliability issue with our Volkera gas boiler, and the engineer that called kept going until the problem was finally diagnosed and remedied. A week later, the boiler is now working better than has done for years. We would highly recommend our engineer, with his craftsman's skills and knowledge of the appliance. He also always arrived on time and was very charming and respectful when working in our home - absolutely 1st class.

You're engineer called to us today Brian was his name, a gentlemen to say the least, what ever your paying him it's not enough!

Annual service carried out by Brian from Vokera Ireland. As usual he was very professional and prompt. Assured me the boiler was in good working order and he offered great advice on how to get the best from the boiler going forward. I would highly recommend this service A++
