Inverness Branch
Inverness branch - Dom and Lachlan were superb this afternoon. Nothing was too difficult and they helped my wife and I amend our contracts to make them more relevant to our lifestyle. If only all customer focused organisations had these 2 great people working for them.

Anjie in the Oxford Vodafone store
Anjie in the Oxford Vodafone store. I was really impressed by her knowledge. She was courteous, kind and went out of her way to explain to me the details of the phone and the contract.
I liked the way she listened to me and took an interest in me as a person.
She sold me the phone and the account, I had no intention of actually buying a phone today, but thanks to Anjie, I did.
Vodafone Egypt – Money Taken, Line Suspended, No Help Provided
Very poor and frustrating experience with Vodafone Egypt. I live in Ireland and only visit Egypt during holidays, yet I regularly top up my Vodafone line online to keep it active. Despite accepting multiple top-ups, Vodafone suspended the line without any clear or understandable reason. Customer support has been extremely bureaucratic and unhelpful, repeatedly insisting on visiting a local store in Egypt, which is impossible as I am abroad. No practical solution was offered, and even a refund of unused top-ups was refused. Taking customers’ money while keeping their lines suspended and providing no effective support is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on Vodafone Egypt, especially if living outside the country.
Steer clear from this company!!
Steer clear from this company! The service is ugly and they keep making excuses to make you purchase more stuff! They told me that "All" my problems would go away if I got the 5g router, the service in my area is really good. And if you keep complaining, they block your number so you wouldn't be able to reach support. A waste of money and time!!
Unfair Treatment While Traveling Abroad
Vodafone suspended my number while I was traveling abroad and gave me only one month to update my information myself, or they would permanently withdraw it. I tried sending a lawyer, using a power of attorney, and even a relative with my ID copy—nothing worked. When I returned, a Vodafone employee casually told me the reason: my number is “premium,” and they want to resell it on one of their top plans.
This is completely unacceptable. A customer should not be penalized for being abroad, nor treated as if their number is just a commodity. Vodafone urgently needs to fix these policies and provide fair, reasonable support.
Customer service and live chat are horrible
Not recommend customer service and live chat are very bad with a bad attitude no communication together you have to explain the problem again and again and again without any feed back no manager or high level to speak with you have only to speak to the employee he even know nothing about customer problems or customer service
Choose your Home Broadband Provider Carefully
I had Vodaphone broadband installed early September 2025 where l live in Scotland in Ayrshire, they promised good speeds for a 150 Mbps speeds In the same room where the Hub it is not bad but in other rooms it's 20Mbps. very poor connection
It's a weak connection and my phone provider from THREE Network Hotspot Connection beats Vodaphone Home Broadband
I asked for 1 free booster but Vodaphone said No, they want me to pay extra and upgrade to receive a booster and try to grab more money from me.
I am paying £23,50, Not worth it and they want to me to pay more for a crap weak 25.18Mbps speed home broadband connection
The connection varies from 20Mbps to 70Mbps if close to the hub. It's a rip off
Think twice in your area before choosing Vodaphone home broadband and keep raising complaints.
Every time you speak to any phone provider such as Vodaphone, Virgin they will ask you to upgrade to higher speeds packages but you will not get the speeds hey promise. It’s just so they can grab more money from you!
Sinking Customer Service
Since the Ramses Fire incident in the first week of July, both mobile and internet services have been consistently below any acceptable standard. I was compelled to visit the service centers on four consecutive occasions, each time paying whatever fees requested in the hope that service would be properly restored.
Yesterday, I made what I considered a final attempt and visited the company’s office im Mokattam once again. On that occasion, the service was only reinstated at the discretion of the supervisor, who treated it as a personal favor rather than a contractual/ brand obligation. However, I was requested to cover new bill - due next 16 days - .. guess what? bill was five times higher than my average monthly charges.
When I raised a complaint, the staff justified the inflated invoice as being attributable to “consumption,” while disregarding my repeated prior visits, payments, and requests to restore service. Such conduct raises serious concerns: whether this constitutes just an unfair billing practice, a form of misrepresentation, or, in effect, improper transfer of cost to include restoration expenses of Ramses communication centre —onto customers. Whatever the reason, Shame Vodafone!!!
Terrible internet connection were I…
Terrible internet connection were I live AND vodafonecash take to much money.
they plant the gigabytes....
bad signal in both calls and mobile data, bad wifi slow speeds and limited internet u pay for amount of gigabytes (qoute) you know why because they plant it on the farm that the reason its high quality gigabytes, scammers.
Ignoring customers instead of helping
In egypt we had an issue because a building got burnt in cairo which caused internet to stop for all service providers, all service providers are working on the issue to make the DSL work again including Vodafone, however, Vodafone decided to shutdown the customer service for DSL unlike every other company and ignored all customers who actually want to know when will the service work again
I don't mind the DSL to be out of service, what i need is my right to contact the customer service and know when will my connection be restored
Over charge for our tourist sim
Over charge for our tourist sim, went to the vodafone shop in Senzo Mall Hurghada. They charged me 1600egp a few days later I have a text from Vodafone welcome to your 500egp tourist line plan . Rip-off.
Vodafone Egypt is an unethical company that rips off customers with fraudulent charges
Unfortunately, after 15 years as a customer, I'm sorry to say that Vodafone Egypt has really gone downhill as a company. While their Ana Vodafone app is a convenient addition, they'll also use it to rip you off at every possible opportunity.
Never, under any circumstances, leave any credit in your account unless you want it to be eaten up within days by fraudulent charges. You should also keep a close eye on your package's data consumption as they'll randomly charge you roaming rates while you're still in Egypt, and customer support staff will refuse to refund you for the wrongful charges.
To upper management: You should be ashamed of the state your company is in today - you might be making some extra money through these shady practices but it's coming at the expense of your morals. Is it worth the trade? Do you even care?
To prospective customers: You'd be much better off with another provider like We (I use them for mifi but may switch over completely) that doesn't take advantage of people or treat their customers like cash cows.
Very bad service
Very bad service, dishonest customer service team are always playing games on thier customers ,I am amusing them of faurd and deceiving their customers all the time ....very weak signal and coverage
Very bad service

Vodafone wireless wifi
Useless product as the network signal strength is very weak. Vodafone does not inform you of their coverage in your area and therefore you buy an item that will not provide any useful speed. After sale service could not help and teach support failed to improve the signal. Not recommended, seek other alternative.
