I upgraded from the 300GB plan to the 500GB plan due to increased usage.
The upgrade was not applied immediately and will only take effect on the next billing cycle, yet I was charged the full 500GB plan.
I was only given 60GB as compensation which is unfair.
I expect full and fair compensation for the transition period.

اسوأ شركة في مصر 🇪🇬 شركة حرامية بمعنى الكلمة حرامية وغشاشين
Its a scam
Ita a scam, Simply. Bought a SIM in Sharm Airport. Worked 3 day and fall down. No customer care, no assistance service. Beware
Utterly useless. How do they get away with it?
Orange Internet in Egypt is an absolute disgrace. It is utterly useless. The only possible reason that Orange can get away with selling and profiting from such a dismal "service" is a serious lack of regulation in the country.
The network coverage is beyond dreadful everywhere you go, from Alexandria to Cairo to Luxor. Depending on which black spot you're unlucky enough to be in, for large parts of the day there is no coverage at all. And in the best areas the signal is patchy at best. It drops out randomly and is infuriatingly slow.
In Europe Orange appears to be a reputable company. In Egypt Orange just looks like another scam outfit. By rights we should get a refund, but that won't happen here. You pay your money and if you don't get the service you pay for, they keep your money anyway. That's the tradition. Orange must love doing business in Egypt.
They lie about the double data packages…
They lie about the double data packages and say buy data for 80 egyption pound and you get same size of data free and when you do you only receive a gift which is rubbish compared to the promotion, also their data finish quickly. ETSALATE AND WEE ARD MUCH BETER.
Intermittent service in Sharm El…
Intermittent service in Sharm El Sheikh. Terrible in the evenings after 8pm. Last contacted support via the online chat 4 days ago, and before I could type a response to a pathetic excuse about why their service was bad, the person disconnected the chat. Not a happy customer.
Egyptian
No comment just bad . Internet not lost for 10 days just rep
Prepaid Bundle Renewal Issues
I bought a SIM at Cairo Airport and wanted to renew the bundle from abroad/in App/online. I experienced several issues including fees and disappearing credits - although I used their own MAX it system. I experienced in-transparency resulting in an extra 83% cost to renew my MAXfree300 bundle (costing 450 EGP plus 1,80 EUR in fees). I have filed an official complaint with the NTRA about this. Based on my experiences I cannot recommend them and even have to warn people about the risk of being required to overspend - compared to advertised prices.

My favorite company in Egypt i never asked for a help in a problem and didn't solve
Thanks Orange ❤️❤️
Horrible company
Horrible company. It is a true nightmare. You cannot reach a human employee in their hotline. No chat box. It takes weeks to respond to a request. Horrible! Horrible!
When I top up my Orange internet card
When I top up my Orange internet card, it tells me I've won a free internet gift and sends me an email saying I've won a free internet gift and to click the link to claim it. But when I click the Orange link, I don't receive any gifts, and this happens every time with me I hate this problem.

I’m really disappointed with Orange Egypt. The internet has been terrible for days super slow, videos won’t load, calls don’t work, nothing works properly. It’s honestly frustrating and I don’t understand how this kind of nonsense is still happening. Very poor service.

Worst telecom experience in the world
Orange Egypt is by far the worst telecommunications company I have ever dealt with. They repeatedly deduct money from our credit without any valid reason — especially for data. Even when I am connected to Wi-Fi and not using mobile data, they still take money from my balance.
Their customer service is practically non-existent. There’s no real human support — only automated voice messages. When I submit complaints through the Orange app, they simply open a case and then close it without any update or resolution.
The signal is poor, the internet is slow, and on top of that, they seem to deliberately overcharge. For example, I recently recharged my mobile with 99 EGP and renewed my bundle for 40 EGP. Instead of deducting 40 EGP, they deducted 80 EGP — double the cost — for no reason.
Orange Egypt is not just unprofessional — they are taking money unfairly from customers. I would never recommend anyone to get a line with them. It is a frustrating, disappointing, and unacceptable experience
Orange Egypt is a thief in corporate clothing. Avoid them at all costs unless you want to pay for nothing and be treated like your time and money don’t matter.
Orange is the Worst service ever
Orange is the Worst service ever , specially ADSL ,1st class call center specially MANAGERS and agents ,

Orange Egypt is hands down the most…
Orange Egypt is hands down the most pathetic excuse for a telecom company in the country. Their service is a complete joke: unreliable internet, vanishing data bundles, and a customer support team that might as well not exist. You can try calling, messaging, or begging, but nothing gets through. They exist purely to drain your money and give you nothing in return. Their airport kiosks are tourist traps, scamming people with overpriced SIMs and fake promises. This isn’t just bad service, it’s outright theft with a smile. Orange Egypt should be shut down permanently for the garbage they call a service.
ABSOLUTE SCAM
When you land at Sharm el Sheik Airport and you go to the exit, you’ll find Orange Store, with 3/4 Orange operators, selling SIMs with 20/30/50/70… GB; well, they will SCAM you!
I’ve bought a 70 GB SIM for 10 days and I’ve only used Instagram and Whatsapp (then I also had resort’s Wi-Fi) and now at the 8th day it appears like 8’ve finished all my 70 GBs.
I live in Rome and I have a 100 GB monthly SIM, I am often outside and often watch videos on YouTube with my data, and never ever used 70GB in 1 month, how did I use 70GB in 8 days using Instagram and Whatsapp??
It is definitely a scam don’t buy yout SIM here!!
EDIT: I have just installed the app, and noticed I only had 4,25 GB, sold as 70 GB😂
All customer service lines are down
All customer service lines are down. Side service via Vodafone and still can't reach anyone after a 25min wait. Unacceptable service. 16333 down, 110, 880, all down. Mobile numbers down. Wifi dsl is choppy.
Orange is a thieving lazy company that doesn't care about customers.
Orange is a telecom company. And they intentionally make it impossible to contact customer service. They do not respond. The numbers they provide for customer service are disabled. It's an overpriced terrible company. And it shows how little they value customers. They don't care because they don't have to. If service works then great. But if you ever have problems you will receive no service or help.
