V-move Removals + Storage Reviews 

Booked these guys a month out for my 1 bedroom move. They asked for 'flat cash'. Everything seemed normal, until the moving day arrived and they stopped replying to my texts and calls. I tried calling and calling, till the point they blocked my number. Please everyone. Avoid this company/people and their scammer ways.

I would highly recommend V-move as they took all the stressful work of packing up all my mothers home in just a few hours. They were punctual and very professional.

Making a booking was easy. Payment process was easy too. Drivers arrived on time. However, compared to other local removalists, it is a bit pricey. Obviously, the other movers weren't available because they were cheaper and hence fully booked. If short notice removalists are needed, this company is a good choice.

The service is 5 stars professional. It has 30 free boxes to hire for 2 weeks, making it much convenient. When moving start, they went through all the rooms with our guidance, and moving it fast. Highly recommend.

Every part of the process with VMove was excellent and easy. I really like the email and SMS confirmations every step of the way. They were able to provide cleaning services and the removalists on the day were professional and hardworking. I have moved many times over the years, and this was the easiest and most efficient move yet!

Zero Stress - Moving is well known to be a stressful experience, but there was nothing stressful about dealing with V-move. Everything about working with them was easy and efficient.

The Removal Caluculator was great for working out the size and potential cost of the move. The online booking calendar made it easy to plan ahead without going backwards and forwards. Once that was done, communication was so fast, and professional to get the job booked and confirmed. Paying the deposit was also super easy.
On the day the movers were personable, professional and kind. They worked well together as a team. They were respectful in their communication and were great interacting with our child as they completed the delivery. Payment was easy great value for money considering the efficiency and skill of the service.

We also utilised the reusable box service which was great. Packing and organising into the resuable plastic boxes was so much easier than packing into cardboard boxes, and the solid boxes add an extra protection for fragile good. Knowing that the boxes would be picked up a week later helped me to really focus on getting unpacked! Organising a time to have the boxes delivered and collected was super easy, and the communication was always clear and timely.

10/10 would recommend.

The removalists arrived on time and were very friendly and approachable, willing to help with all our requests. Just what you need on moving day! They were efficient and took care with our belongings. They took apart and put together our furniture as needed and made sure we were happy with the positioning of items at our new address. Unfortunately issues arose with two other removal trucks trying to pass their parked vehicle on a very narrow street. This caused some stress and minor delay, but this was out of the norm. I would highly recommend this company as hard-working, efficient and professional.

Long for 3 people to move things out and they wrapped everything in plastic outside and I didn’t realise as some things didn’t need it.
Communication wasn’t the best and I wouldn’t use company again.
